Or they tend to drink slower. I drink iced drinks pretty slow, honestly. If I have too much ice in a drink and I can't finish it fast enough, it gets watered down and I can't enjoy it anymore :( less ice means more time to enjoy it, and less chance of it getting too watered down :)

i work at a boba shop and always use more tea than the formula so the drink fills until that small top indent at the top of the cup 😂
