Yuki is 5’2” 20kg lighter than some drivers, how big an advantage is that, could it be as much as 1 second in a race? Edit, never mind I’ve just read they add weight so everyone is 80kg
The driver must drive with extra ballast to weigh a total of 80 kilos. Every driver has a little ballast, Yuki has just the most. The center of gravity may be slightly better, but Yuki as a smaller driver has to drive a heavier car with less strenght still. So there is no advantage.
A nice idea but no. The minimum weight of the car includes the drivers weight also. So if the driver weighs less then all of the other drivers they add weight to the car so it's an even playing field.
A Japanese should go fishing for tuna in Japan, he would do better ... and not drive F1 .... give me one month in F1 and Tsunoda will be looking at my exhaust !!!
