Flotida luxury real estate is beyond amazing but even if I had the cash, it would freak me out to buy anything down there anywhere along the coast, and it's not the hurricane season - it's the SINK HOLES! Florida has a nasty foundation as regards its local geology. If a home builder could absolutely guarantee that appropriate geological surveys were completed then maybe. Everytime you turn around there's another damn massive sink hole down there sonewhere.
