sir regarding the tricuspid stenosis v mitral stenosis will ts cause significant fatigue and breathlessness ? and in the question why do we automatically assume it is not longstanding ?

TS leads to fatigue as pulmonary blood is lesser . Pedal edema is not seen in MS unless patient lives on a rock away from habitation where medical facilities are not present .

BUN 13.2 is normal. This patient has a BUN of 44/ 2.14 = 20.56 which is abnormal and fits into curb score (>19mg/dl or > 7mmol).
Exactly my doubt
The score of 1 is entirely attributed to age so inpatient should be the answer right?
Sr. Urea normal is 20
Blood urea normal is upto 7
20 × 0.35 =7
Amazing ❤.
Thanks sir 😊
