nice overview and I like your technique of approaching top & sides for where to start and then proceeding with washing the vehicle. I will be trying rinseless soon for the first time!
Correct info on rinseless washing. It has a a great place for the detailer. Keep up the good work! You should be getting more subscribers as you continue.
VERY cool and informative video on rinseless washing. Unfortunately, I can't implement the rinseless wash on the very dirty cars that I detail. Still, should I get a mildly dirty car, I will try doing a risneless wash.
have you ever tried one of those cordless (battery powered) power washers? I've got from snowjoe that was like $30 (batteries are also very very cheap on ebay) and it's very efficient at distributing rinseless wash solution and even pre-rinsing some loose dirt before contact wash
We prefer the microfiber over the sponge because we find the sponge lacks scrubbing power. We have sponges in our shop as well. Just personal preference.
How do u clean the dash gauges without scratching the plastic? Seems like the plastic they use scratches just by looking at it lol. And if it is scratched already how do you remove those scratches?
Great video! Evan here with Dynamic Details NC in Sanford. I've been using rinsless more and more. I'd love to figure out a way to use it for decontamination washes prior to ceramic coating and polishing. Any ideas?
We’re here in Lumberton! We have an upcoming video for that. After we finish the series on detailing the Acura we will upload the decontamination video!
Awesome! Not too far at all from me. I'll be looking forward to that video. I work in a 2 car garage. Pressure washer is great but on bigger vehicles it'll make a mess in there.
Check out DIY detail’s video on using rinseless and decontaminating the car at the same time! They use a synthetic towel instead of an abrasive clay bar.
Great video. I just got on the Rinse Less band wagon recently and it is a huge time saver. Especially for a weekly quick wash on my garage queen. What product are you using here? I have tried many already and am still trying to figure out my favorite 😀😀
Yep! It's a Detail Keg. You can buy them already set up as a kit, or you can source all the pieces and assemble it yourself. The keg combined with the air compressor is extremely efficient.
Thank you! I've used the rinsless sponges before. I found that it lacked scrubbing power. It's great for getting dust and loose dirt off the car, but if you have some stuff stuck on the paint it can't scrub like a microfiber mitt or towel.
FYI Labocosmetica just released unique acidic and alkaline rinseless products that you pre-treat before the neutral rinseless to increase cleaning capabilities. No rinsing. Would be a great test product for you - video request? lol Nice to see what a professional would do with Labo's new stuff. I will be picking it up most likely.
I tried this yesterday on my Mercedes CLS550. Its black, and I had to wash it in direct sunlight. This process helped out a lot with decreasing the time it took, and I was less stressed about water spots. Thank you!
I’m a shop porter at a high end mechanic shop. I wash Ferraris, Bentleys, you name it. Unfortunately we use soap and water the old fashioned way. I use rinseless for my own vehicle, which is an old Xterra. 😅 I’d love to incorporate it in the shop, but the guys and manager would not buy the rinseless aspect. I have diy, Koch, ONR, Wolfgang, you name it in my stash of rinselesses.
@@ocdetailingnc thanks! yeah I've always used ONR and sometimes is tempting to try something else but ONR works absolutely fantastic and it's truly tried and true but I've definitely heard good things about DYI Rinseless as well
ONR is the OG. I used it for years and it worked great. I spoke to Dr. G, the guy who created it, at SEMA last year. He's a great guy with lots of knowledge.
Absolutely. We have rolling chairs/stools in the shop, but usually only use them when doing wheels. They definitely don't get used as much as they should.
Customer saw the video and came back for custom hand-drawn designs.. lol jk. The car belonged to my service manager, and has PPF on the hood. He recently sold it for a GMC Sierra. It'll make content coming soon!

Thank you! Everything should go well! Let us know if you have any questions.
Just found your channel, love your content. You may have just saved my new valet business :)
I'm glad the video was helpful! Thanks for watching!
Good tutorial
Thank you for watching and supporting the channel!

Thank you !
Nice explanation on rinseless washing. Enjoying your channel and videos.
Glad you like them!

On a really dirty vehicle use a power washer to knock off the grit and heavy dirt. Then you can do the rinseless wash.

I've never tried them
What a FLEX you’re writing on your car using a Sharpie 👀😱😂😂😂😂. You go man!
The magic of PPF! Haha
Great info! curios why not use the legacy sponge ?
We prefer the microfiber over the sponge because we find the sponge lacks scrubbing power. We have sponges in our shop as well. Just personal preference.

We will be dropping an interior video soon !

I learned my efficiency from Yvan at DUY Detail. It really works!
Hey! Just letting you know that the video you requested is planned to be made this coming week. Stay tuned for it!
One of my favorite ADG FUZION and WIPEOUT 👀👌. Also I too use Dave Barker DETAIL KEGS🤗🤗🤗🤗. Funny all 3 of my cars are old Acura’s 👍
Those are great choices! Nice, I love Acura.

Yes when you switch over you wish you would have done it sooner! In this video DIY rinseless.
Is that a keg? Whoa I’ve never seen nor heard of that? Sweet. I only came across those Ik’s sprayer and formers. 😎 👍🏻
Yep! It's a Detail Keg. You can buy them already set up as a kit, or you can source all the pieces and assemble it yourself. The keg combined with the air compressor is extremely efficient.
Do you use distilled water for rinseless washing?
It's not necessary, but it also doesn't hurt to use it either. I've always used tap water with my Rinseless Wash without issues.
good video
Thank you for the support!
most important thing is which rinseless did you use?
In this video we are using DIY rinseless but we are also a fan of American Detail garage Fuzion and Wipeout. Don’t get caught up in the brands.
The DIY Rinseless he's using is nice. It feels slick on the paint. I haven't tried ADG Fuzion, but I've tried Wipeout with a positive experience.
Nice video! I see that you use wash mitt. What do you think of the rinseless sponge? Have you ever tried it?
Thank you! I've used the rinsless sponges before. I found that it lacked scrubbing power. It's great for getting dust and loose dirt off the car, but if you have some stuff stuck on the paint it can't scrub like a microfiber mitt or towel.

Never heard of them, we may try something from them in the future!
@@ocdetailingnc I have 5 or 6 of their products. They are legit for sure, with a number of concentrates too.
I tried this yesterday on my Mercedes CLS550. Its black, and I had to wash it in direct sunlight. This process helped out a lot with decreasing the time it took, and I was less stressed about water spots. Thank you!
You're welcome! I love that model Mercedes.
Man it takes me hours to wash my car I am going to try this
This should speed you up big time! On a car this size you can have the full exterior dialed in within an hour.
I wash my car every week with Rinseless wash. Takes me 30-40. It’s a game changer. I use bucket washes when I do decon on my car.
Creo que la esponja es más segura
Tenemos un par de esponjas diferentes, ¡no tienen nada de malo!
I need me a keg now... And a few bar stools 🤣
Haha yep!

Maybe they will come to their senses soon lol
what's your favorite rinseless wash?
In this video we are using DIY Detail rinseless. Don't get caught up in the brand. Usually, they all work great!
@@ocdetailingnc thanks! yeah I've always used ONR and sometimes is tempting to try something else but ONR works absolutely fantastic and it's truly tried and true but I've definitely heard good things about DYI Rinseless as well

Good idea to take care of your knees. Rolling stools are next. Good luck.

Hey bro can you please not write on my car thanks
