I agree. When I look at ceramic coatings I look at their performance track record, and I also look at health risks. Many coatings are very bad for your health as an installer. So that criteria alone has eliminated 90%+ of coatings on the market for me. With warranties on ceramic coatings- usually the brands will say "installer error" and then the installer has to eat the cost of the repair/redo. I do know of times coating companies have warrantied a coating failure or other mishap, but usually they'll say installer error.

PPF won't adhere properly to the textured plastics. The best thing to do is ceramic coat them for easier cleaning and UV protection.

I'll use the towel until it gets dirty, and then switch it. But normally one towel does the trick for most interiors. I'm using the Tornador air tool, with the psi around 90.

Yep. It goes through a lot of brush on the trails and the owner wanted to protect the paint. So now when the film is damaged, the paint will be fine underneath.

We don't normally offer detailing for side by sides, but we'll definitely install window tint, PPF, and ceramic coating to them!

On a really dirty vehicle use a power washer to knock off the grit and heavy dirt. Then you can do the rinseless wash.

At my shop we use a Rinseless Wash diluted 256:1 for glass cleaning. Rinseless Wash is pretty slick and the towel will glide if the glass isn't super hot. American Detailer Garage Breeze is also a great product that eliminates that rag drag you mentioned, even on hot glass.

You'd be surprised how many people struggle with getting streak free glass. A lot of factors can cause streaky glass.

Hey! In the video I'm not using the DIY iron remover yet. The one I have is a prototype product with extremely low odor that is great for inside a closed shop. I haven't tried the DIY Iron yet, but I'm sure it's good. Definitely follow Yvan's directions with his products.

One spray on towel, one on panel is definitely enough. Diy very foamy for an iron remover.

This method will be great to efficiently prep your car for a ceramic coating. You may have to readjust how many panels you do at once depending on the weather conditions, but all the same steps still apply.

Usually I do, but not always doing the wash process.

In this video I used DIY Rinseless. I use their recommended dilution 256:1. The keg I got from Detail Kegs. You can also find kegs on some window tint and PPF supply websites. I'm happy to answer questions! Thank you for watching.

In the video I'm using a 5-gallon standard keg. I have two 5-gallons and two 3-gallons. The 3-gallon kegs are more portable. But if you have a long hose on the keg you don't really need to move it around. DIY Rinseless is what I'm currently using. American Detailer Garage Wipeout and Fuzion is equally amazing.
