Stephen hem the october paramount show. they were still having a ton of fun, and they had the punk rock energy that you get from playing in a smaller venue.
Julius Rody Yes they were. You can definitely see the difference in Kurt's energy and enthusiasm. He showed that kind of energy in pretty much every show pre 1992. Roma 91 is also one of my favorites.

What I love about Nirvana compared to most other famous Grunge bands is the fact that songs like this make their music seem like a Punk-Grunge hybrid, which is really enjoyable IMO.
Well Nirvana always did consider themselves punk rock. They were heavily influenced by it and Kurt even hated the term "grunge". Grunge was a term given to all the Seattle underground bands at the time because big music corporations wanted to classify them all under one category. Grunge is more of a label than a genre if you ask me. I usually refer to them as punk rock too.

Was riding my ebike and haven't heard this sound in ages. This song only gets better with the years. Probably one of the most intense straight out soul shaking earth quaking. Curts God gifted voice will live on long after we're all gone and the oceans start to boil.
