I work at my local Goodwill, and we sell a lot of VHS tapes, classic movies, and blu ray DVDs. As for the prices, regular DVDs are $0.99, and blu rays are $3.99.
Great finds, your videos are great.you always pick up really great things,i'm recently into Time Life DVD's documentaries, television shows and many things, includes Time Life cd's,i'm always watch your videos,it's amazing, thank you.
I have that logitech keyboard. I am using it on this video. My htpc keyboard. Works wonderful has great range. The $300 keyboard I used to use paled in comparison and broke within a year. This one the batteries last over a year.
Since this video and my last comment( 4 months ago) I found about three dozen of those mason jar style glasses ( the one with the sunflower ) I found with sunflower and pansies printed on them. I picked them up for about 10 cents a piece at a flea market and they are all sold and they sold in sets of four and six and they sold fast and for asking price.
Enjoy watching your videos. Can you make a video on how you create your videos? All the electronics that work best for you to c film, etc. Do you attach a head camera some place while you walk around in the store? What selling sight do you have the most luck. How to you ship things the best way? Just a suggestion, creating a video would be very helpful. I’m interested in getting started picking up items and selling. Thank you. 😊
Hey ProPicker, cool videos! A question, if you don't mind - what's your average profit margins? For example, I saw you sold Mason jar with free shipping for like $18. If assume the shipping was around $5-8? So depending on the purchase price you made like $8-10, is that about right? Do you always cover the shipping costs in your prices?
Hey Alona! I almost always offer free shipping. Probably going to do a video on why soon since it is a common question. So, if I bought said mason jar for say 2 bucks and sold it for 18. Let's say it cost 8 to ship and fees are about 2.50. I would make roughly 5.50 pretax and pre shipping supplies. However if the jar was under a pound that would add 3 bucks on top. This is why I strive to have my average sale value be 30 bucks. However, I'll do smaller things if I'm out and about picking if I feel they make sense. Hope this ramble helped lol.
I just started flip stuff but im new running it issuse like says the real big stuff usps 2 to 3 day got alot like the big box are 21. So say like the steamer is it cheaper ship another way fedx
Hey, welcome to the channel! I don't sell on Amazon. Ebay you can pretty much sell everything except things that are VERO / IP program restricted like Otterbox, Velcro, and more.
I'm in Springfield, OH cool to see someone around the same area as me!

I have always been a little hesitant to buy a used humidifier. They just get moldy especially if the owner didn’t clean it well.
Great video Dayton here too . Trying to expand my sport cards flipping to everything. I feel like the oakwood goodwill is best for clothes .

Good luck to you on the upcoming yard sales season coming up can’t wait to see those videos!
Ugh... I was hoping you'd open up the Smith Corona (SCM) box at 2:47! I wanted to see what that was! SCM is pretty collectible.

That NCR light, wow. I worked at ncrcc in the past. I wasn't into thrifting yet when I lived there.

Huge fan. love your vids. been picking myself for over a year., are you going to do any yard sale videos since the season is coming up/
Thank you! I'll absolutely be doing yard sale vids soon.
@@propicker my best advice for yard sales is to make a pile and never be afraid to ask for less. Can’t stress it enough and can’t wait to see em.
Dude was that a Legend of Zelda Tshirt? Hell yes
Yup! One of my favorite shirts
I guessed you’d go back for the Nesco product. Not sure what it was but you mentioned nesco before.
Nice scores. It's surprising how much stuff sells for these days.

I'm in Ohio not Iowa. Lots of corn here though so I can understand the mix up haha.
@@propicker I meant I’m actually from Iowa...was referring to your t-shirt comment. I can relate to it being from Iowa.

@@propicker awesome, thanks for taking the time to explain!
You should have ick up that Pressure cooker, some of them bring stupid money!
What do you do with the thrift store price tags? Do you remove them before posting for resale? How do you do that without damaging the packaging?
I remove them. If they are really stuck on I will use the blow dryer method or if it's packaging I can use Goof off on I'll do that.
Was that a green oil machine? The white tall thing at 20:03, bottom
Shelf? Get that next time if you ever see one

We mainly use UPS for things where USPS priority doesn't make sense. I will note they like to deny insurance claims way more than USPS.
@@propicker ok great ry
Was that a high-end Longaberger wood basket that you skipped over (4:13), next to the keyboard?
I typically pass over longaberger as the values and sell through on them have tanked in recent years.
@@propicker wow! I had no idea. Thanks for the reply. :-)
How much for all 3 of the moose mugs?
Kia ora from us in kiwiland.
Hello Dustin and Jessica
Hi Jeanetta
Dustin ur cute
In my experience Ashley furniture is crap! Lol
What kind of sell through rate do you look for?
Really depends on the item. I hope for close to 100%. However, on some items if the margin is really good I'll consider lower.
Is it a dehydrator in the red and white box?
Yeah, I passed on it about a week or so ago. Either it wasn't worth enough or was priced too high. I can't remember.
I thought the Waffle Iron 🧇 , I was WRONG. 🤔
Hey 😊
I need to make a channel because I'm all toys and collectibles and I source from facebook and thrift solely lol
Do you ever find a great piece of art?
Nothing crazy expensive yet.
How do we look up sold comps?
Hi Alisha, run a search on ebay.com or the ebay app and hit filter and toggle sold items on.
Thank you so much

New subscriber… how do you get in restricted on some items… just open my AmazonSeller account and a lot of items I can’t sell?
Hey, welcome to the channel! I don't sell on Amazon. Ebay you can pretty much sell everything except things that are VERO / IP program restricted like Otterbox, Velcro, and more.
Ima guess that you went back for the blender.
Still a nice score, not quite what I guessed lol!
