I find unpriced stuff all the time in Goodwill. If it is something you know is going to make you some money, NEVER ask an associate on the floor. Just put it in your cart and throw it on the counter when checking out like you didn't know that it's not priced. The cashier will 99.9% of the time just put a price to it and you are good to go. If it's more than you are willing to pay just tell them you changed your mind. Maybe other GW's are different but that is how the one's I frequent operate.
not here they tell you they cant sell it and they then will announce it over the PA lol - they are pretty serious about those price tags thanks so much for watching!
@@beardedthriftmachine lol same with my Goodwill they send it back to the price room. My mother in law did get someone one time from the price room to come out and price it for her. But it’s rare. I think they are worried about people taking the price tag off on purpose
Or else at my GW they’ll call someone to the front to either price it or take it to the back for a price, think it depends on the cashier & if they are busy or not.
GW like VV are over-priced particularly because they have outsourced, and in-house professional pickers that often remove the good stuff and take it to auction or sell online. This is allowed, has been for years. I used to work for a clearing place that took in charity donations and did valuations. The better items were kept out of the stores and sold online or at certain auctions. Sometimes we'd invite specific buyers who bought in bulk. Most of the crap left over sits on shelves. Very rare that you'd find anything of a highly collectible nature, this is just how these establishments operate. Profit before charity. Business first then maybe 12% goes to charities.
Goodwill cheats people! I WILL NOT donate to them. If you donate a good item to them, they don’t put it in the store but put it on a website to sell it.
So THAT's why the price isn't on it. If they can refuse to sell it for three days, the employee can later purchase it themselves. I've run into that a couple times on very nice things that were out that the employees/staff REFUSED to put a price on.
Probably wanted for themselves. It has to be on shelves 3 days before an employee supposedly can buy it. They refuse to sell it if the price tag is missing. Solution: they purposely put it out without a price tag.
You are so right they went up drastically here in VA north of Richmond. Shoes I used to get for $4.00 is now $6.00. purses and clothes all went up quite a bit. Jeans are $8.00 used to be $5.99 Some appliances are higher also.
A lot of shady stuff goes on at Goodwill's. That item was wanted by a manager or they wanted to put it on there Ebay store for more money. We were supposed to never take TVs in but one day, a large flat screen tv showed up at my work station, I did electronics, My manager came over insisted I drop everything I was doing and check out that TV. Needless to say that TV went home with the manager that day.( And that's supposed to be against store policy, no buying stuff while on duty)
Probably 15 years ago, I took a tv to my local Goodwill. As the employee was taking it from my car, he said “ this is going home with me”. I no longer donate to Goodwill.
Wife and I go to Myrtle Beach every Oct. now I have Goodwill Hunting on my list. My best finds locally have been a unopened 12” All-Clad skillet with lid w/ price tag for $249.00 for $20.00. Also Japanese woodblock print that was selling for over $300.00 for 3 dollars. I could go on but hope you’re out there hunting. I did subscribed. Learning a lot.
The reason they told you that is they sell high ticket items online...A former Goodwill employee wrote in a article I read. Another reason expensive, vintage, collectibles are harder and harder to find anymore!
I love selling plush! My favorites are the older ones. Where someone is replacing a Child’s lovey or an adults old plush from when they were little. Same thing with baby blankets. :)
I wouldn't buy used stuffed toys! Nasty, you don't know what organisms may be in them! Goodwill stores smell like unwashed clothes, can't stay in one very long.

I used to think that and still agree with your points, however since my ex wife is now a homeless addict she gives me a different perspective. They employ many homeless people like herself and since many of them don't have extra cash I don't believe many of them are grabbing all the good stuff instead of food. I make plenty of money off of goodwill now that they stopped sending so much to the auction site which is definitely a total scam. I also agree that it shouldn't have charity status though. It's a business and all my personal donations go to the locally owned thrift stores.
You know very little about Goodwill. The last thing employees get, are ANY dibs on anything donated/sold in the store. There is a 24 hour wait period for employees to purchase any items put out daily. I live lavishly and I'm not one of the execs. Prices are based on quality and research. You're just another basic idiot. Best of luck.
Not true. I work at a Goodwill and we do not get first dibs at the merchandise. We have to wait and entire week before we can purchase it. We cannot but the color tag that is going out for the week. For example if we are putting out orange tags we cannot buy that item until the following week. Goodwill is a non profit organization. 92 cents of every dollar goes to mission services training programs for people with disabilities or barriers to where they can't get a job in the regular work place
One reason something like a video camera shouldn't be on the floor is they need to remove recordable media and erase data from the item for privacy purposes. So besides sending it to the ecommerce department, they also need to make sure it goes through the proper channels.
I always take unpriced stuff up to the register when I'm ready to check out and many times, the cashier will price it for me or have a manager come up and price it. I've never had them take something back when I was at the already at register with it. The black & white cat plush is from the video game Bendy & the Ink Machine.
Mine won't ring it up they place it in a cart and say it will be priced later. They are pretty serious about those price tags lol Thanks so much for watching!!!
Hi Julian, that one thing is a curling iron, where you can replace the iron itself with a choice of three different sizes. Great Find!! 2nd thing, at my GW I just take things not priced to the register, the cashier usually will throw a dollar or two on things. Occasionally they'll ask management, but maybe give that a try. Nice video, thanks for sharing.
My Goodwill uses practically unremovable stickers. I tried heating stickers off, goo gone and etc. I ruined some magazines from 1910 and gave away the rest because everyone said "but you only paid $1.99".
When you roll up to the Plush, my ❤️ starts racing and I start "yelping" AT MY PHONE..."Get THAT! Yes! To ur left! It's a...!" 😂 Can't help myself🤦♀️... my dog starts barking like crazy, it's a whole thing. LOL Your videos are awesome!!
Enjoyed your content, I’ve had that problem from time to time, can’t sell it, or come back tomorrow. I just figure they have other plans for the item, however we keep it moving. Best wishes to ya 😀
No matter the reason, if it was put out, it should have been sold . That was a dishonest 😢 thing to do . These place sell their things to help others , I don't care who they sell to just sell them when it hits the floor
I liked the log looking clock... I had a family member who worked at a Goodwill years ago. Her job was sorting items when they first come in... Let me just say, there was a lot of theft by the employees of the really good or brand new stuff. Hopefully Goodwill has cameras in the back now.
Yes, in OZ a few years back they busted about 14 people working for salvos, they did sorting and stealing mainly quality clothes. They all copped it in the neck.
I went into a GW the other day and was shocked at their ridiculously high prices. They get all that crap for free. Not that they should give it away but how about pricing accordingly. The stuff isn't usually new.
Some GW's have no pricing sheet to go off of, some do. Its normally up to the sorters in the back and well if you know how GW's operate the sorters/testers/pricers are usually positions held by the less fortunate individuals who cant work in other Jobs for reasons that are of out their control. Even with inflation as high as it is the prices in my area are still that of what it was before covid at all the stores. Yes I still come across overpriced items but I just chuckle in the back of my head thinking someone rely liked that item when they looked at it in the back. Today I found a Sony surround sound system with the speakers and remote for $25, the comps are running at 200-250 on the bay and a Small perfectly fine working HD TV for $10, prob will be using that in my eBay office though.
great video! I was thrifting today and took a chance buying two golf clubs. I bought them because they looked pretty. Spalding Tee-Flite and the heads were muli color woods! $1.99 each. One of the sales guys said does your husband need golf balls. I played along with a yes. He hands me a bag of used Callaway and Nike golf balls. There were over 300 golf balls in the bag. for $2.99. They looked brand new. I hope they sell. Have not comped yet. Hope I did not get a dud. : ) Who buys used golf balls?????
The nike golf balls will sell used fast great buy! . They don't make them any more. I sometimes throw them in a flat rate and sell them as bulk. I'd have bought that at the price for sure. Thanks so much for watching
A lot of insider action at Goodwill. Those folks know good stuff when it comes in. A lot of it never makes it to the shelf. I know of one store where Nike shoes go in a special basket saved for a buyer known to the manager.
My ears perked up when you showed the Matthews NC hat. lol. I live just a few miles from there! You had some great finds! Like the others mentioned, I take unmarked stuff up to the counter when I’m checking out. They have always given me a price and usually the person just makes up a price.
This probably won't bother anyone else but it's poke mon reminds me of when my dad would say things. Great video, that crazy looking guy is crash bandicoot.
Great video! The little black and white plushie is Bendy of Bendy and the Ink Machine. Also I love the Blue pigeon plushie you got from the Don’t Let the Pigeon book series 🤗
The one thing I hate is when they sell the portable phone sets separately instead of as the set. The add on phones are worthless without it's main base. We take and put the portable phone sets and put them in a bag so it stays together.
@@beardedthriftmachine It has happened quite a bit in the Goodwill work in. I try to educate the processors that the add on phones are no good without the main base. We always put the portable phone sets in a bag so it doesn't get separated or lost of course unless a customer opens the bag and not put it back the way they found it.
Great finds! I would’ve asked to speak to a manager to get that camcorder after he said it was a mistake or what I’ve done in the past, I take it to the counter and the associate prices the item or calls a manager.
I also have found things at Good Will with no price. I just go to the cashier when checking out. They will put a price for you or call someone else to the register. Next time just go to the cashier when checking out. As you experience the selling and buying you will learn more. I know you said you are new to the reselling. I have done it since 2001 with ebay. I started going to Dollar Tree and found name brands of make up and sold for a lot of money. Books also. Good Luck
Yea mine usually wont do that - ill do a video on that where I take it to the front - they are super strict on that little price take (most the time) Thats an awesome Idea on the dollar tree - i have watched a couple youtuber do that as well thanks so much for watching!
They take it to the back, look up the going prices for them, make sure it's under XX amount, and then they keep it to put on ebay if it's over said amount.
Generally the reason for not selling cameras, phones, tablets and other tech is because there may be personal information in it, so it all gets sent online to be inspected/wiped and then put in the online store. Things like laptops are refurbished and offered back to employees in need, at least in Ontario!
Goodwill used to have a sign on their door that stated employees were not allowed to shop at their store. They could only shop in other Goodwill locations. I wonder if this policy is still in effect. I always think that the employees do purchase the ones they have to reprice.
Our local Goodwill only sales electronics on line now. The store is mostly clothing but if an item isn’t priced, just take it to the check out. The cashier always puts a price on it for us.
Goodwill has caught on to the flippers and resellers and if it's worth it they sell the more expensive easy to ship things online themselves. I've seen multiple Goodwill stores on ebay.
think they been doing it for awhile. google says shopgoodwill which is the auction site has been up and running since 1999.... thanks so much for watching !
They don’t always know what they have though, about 2 years ago I bought 2 Blythe dolls for a dollar each at goodwill. They were just laying in a pile of baby dolls in the toy section, fully dressed and with hair a little tangled but nice. I could have easily made 30-40 dollars a piece reselling them, no way I was gonna though they’re so pretty and not something I would have ever bought myself at full price. Now I buy Lalaloopsy dolls at goodwill all the time cause the outfits fit my 2 Blythes perfectly
The Goodwill by me won't let you buy ANYTHING if it's not priced. They won't even go to the back to price it. I once picked up a belt that was with all the other belts. They were all priced the same...yet the one I wanted had no price so they refused to sell it to me. That's happened to me several times there. I even wrote to the company. Stupid policy. I never heard back from them on my complaint.
yea - mine either - people were saying take it to the cashier but that usaully never works - i had better look getting a worker to price it from the back. thanks so much for watching!
I think it is the store manager. I was buying a purse a few years ago. All purses were $3.99 unless priced differently. There was no price, the store manager was helping a cashier in the front and said Oh no, this is an $8.00 purse,, you can't have it for the #3.99 price, It was a Vera Bradley purse. I had bought many for the $3.99 price with no problem. So, I left it there.
Hey, from Wilmington, NC. I just found your fabulous channel! Two ?'s - * I used eBay to sell when they first started in the late '90's when fees were so so low. Now there's Marketplace. Which is better to sell on as a beginner flipper? * Wilm. is about to lose their ONLY flea market and there aren't many thrift stores. I've never hit the market in Myrtle Beach. Primarily I collect old mismatched and broken pieces of jewelry. My daughter & I clean it up and "re-imagine" them. I'm looking to expand because like you I've seen items that I can make a sizable profit. Is the MB market overpriced/too competitive for a buyer? Worth the 1.5 hour drive to shop? Thanks!
Hey! thanks so much for watching~ I would so that the myrtle beach market is hit and miss - i might do really good for a week then the next week find nothing, maybe make a day out of it to thrift but sometimes i dont find much. i still like ebay as my favorite platform - mercari and poshmark i believe and easier to use
@@beardedthriftmachine Hey thanks for responding. I hear there's a huge flea market there. I haven't researched thrift stores yet but where is a good starting point and do you find certain days more lucrative than others? Just picked up a Donna Dressler vintage necklace for FREE & a new Victoria Emerson wrap bracelet for $2 (GW). I help an older lady that owns a thrift store here. She gets loads of jewelry, 100's of pieces that she can't sort/tag so I do it and she gives me first dibs. I appreciate the advice. Elisabeth
I didn’t read all the comments, but the orange plush guy you couldn’t remember the name of is, Crash Test Bandicoot. Great video and best wishes to you in this new year.
Goodwill had some home kenwood speakers marked at $20 each and when I took it to the register the cashier said that these were priced too low and called a manager over. I was in shock. The manager came and thankfully sold them to me for the 20 each.
Yeah what is with eBay removing their camera? I thought I chose an incorrect option and accidentally got the barcode and couldn't figure out how to get back the ID camera. All I can do is scan a barcode and I don't have barcodes on my mid-century or vintage stuff
Our Goodwill,Salvation Army, and local thrift shop let the people who have an antique store by stuff first. They even get to buy the things marked NFS. Scammers. It makes it hard for vintage collectors to get anything at a fair price, or even a chance to buy.
Those were great plush pickup! Five nights at Freddie’s plush sell fast. Keep an eye out for the golden Freddy one. As someone mentioned above, baby loveys and baby blankets can also sell very well. You definitely need to comp out each one before you buy it but I have sold some baby blankets for $50+
I can attest. My niece carried her blankey everywhere, and by the time she was 4 it was in pretty bad shape. I suggested cutting a piece but her lip quivered, so I set out to find this blanket with no clue the brand, this was before Google Lens. Turns out it was a piece from a set, that was discontinued, but I found one on ebay for $40. I bought it and she loved it. I was scared she wouldn't like it because she claimed she loved the smell, but she was thrilled. She is 16 and still has both. I would have paid just about anything to get it.
Yeah that employee or someone in the back probably wanted it bc what ever is out is for sale where I am located. I have found plenty of things with no price. I take it to the checkout and they will either price it or get a manager to price it and sell it to me. Someone was being shady there. However the Goodwills I go to are not allowed to shop at their own store they work in however that doesn't mean they couldn't have a friend come by it.
I can’t take pictures anymore either. It’s so frustrating. So now I have to do Google searches for the items I would like to sell and I cannot find on eBay.
FYI, I'm pretty sure that Star Wars bear has reversible ears and feet: Red/Empire themed and Blue/Alliance themed. Something that may be worthwhile to highlight in your listing.
I experiment with plush and find them to be “hit or miss” for me. But I have had success with lotting similar items up and selling that way. Jelly cat is a good brand, some Gund are good and vintage plush in good condition. A few others are the huge Melissa and Doug animals and Dinosaurs. Some Disney do well especially if they have the official label/patch - usually on the foot.
The little black cat is Felix the Cat. From the very old cartoon. Did you grab those black loafers with the white tops for me? They were my size too. LL Bean lined jeans, $56 new.
Thanks so much for the info - yea those ll beans sell pretty good used - i have a pair too i found in the thrift well worth the money Thanks so much for watching!
I stopped shopping at Goodwill a LONG time ago when i found out how much their corporate employees were being paid. he CEO is literally being paid 7 figures and he rest high 6 figures!!! They deserve a fair wage, but still NOT that much!!! i live close to a fairly large city where there are a lot of thrift stores. i don't need to go to Goodwill. Not to mention they are Way overpriced now. i do still go to the local last chance Goodwill place. it's where all the stores take the items they can't sell. and you buy stuff by the pound. they put it out in huge bins and you have to sort through the bins. and they change out the bins every 1 hr so it's kind of fun. Every so often they have a "clearance sale" on the furniture items. that's when i go. bc the furniture is sold on a set price. you can get things for a $1-$ when it's on clearance. i stock up on a lot of things. refinish/repurpose them and then resell them. i can take one of those small tv stands. that are really ugly that that have a pull out shelf and are laminated. rough it upa little. give a nice little farmhouse look, throw a towel rack on one side, a spice rack on the other, put a large cutting board on the top, and i throw in a few matching dishtowels, dishcloths, and hotpads ( whcich i usually make from suff i get from garage sales or material i've salvage from clothes from a thrift store.) and put them on that pull out shelf as an added bonus and sell it. the best thing is, that a lot of the time i get my paint for free, bc i watch craigslist and grab i whenever i can. and you can always find spice racks a thrifts stores. so my only real expense is the cutting board. I could always make that, but i would have to buy the wood and wood is so expensive right now that it just isn't worth it. And i just don't trust the stuff i get free to be food safe.
@@debrajahnke5904 i would if i could, but there are times when it's just not cost effective, when tryng to make a living. and places like ARC. Salvation Army, .etc can't compete with Last Chance goodwill clearance furniture sales. i very seldom look through the bins, bc i'm looking specific at the furniture. so unless it's sitting on top in clear view when i'm walking by, like the antique numbered milk can ( go figure!!!) i snagged up in like 2 seconds. it's a straight back and straight to the register type thing. the can did need a new bottom. bu since it's just holding umbrellas in my entryway i put a popcorn tin lid in the bottom of it with some JD Weld that i had intentionally put a patina on to match the can. why, i don't know, you can't see it. but it's super cool...it has th original number painted on it, the label where it came from... all it needed was a little tlc.
Yes, I work in a Thrift Store (Not Goodwill) and it seems like the stores are now gleaning the "higher priced" items and putting it online or in the Goodwill Select stores. It ain't us getting first dibs because we have to wait the next day to buy an item... our managers strictly enforce this. I hate finding items without a tag because its such a crapshoot whether you get it or not. 🙂
Well they took my money for an end table put a sold sticker on it when I went to pick it up on the day I was to pick it up no one could find it had been sold to someone else
Go for the Beanie Babies plush, especially the rare or limited editions. People still love these. Scan them all to see their worth. You’ll be surprised.
I've never resold anything but I had a ton of 20-30 year old Beanies in bags with all the info written on them in my garage sale for $1 each and people wanted to give me less. SMH You may want to hit the garage sales. 😉
@@beardedthriftmachine 1 gen beanies are the jackpot. Anything with a star on the tag is a gamble. Look for the ones with skinny letters and/or no star on the tag. This only applies for beanie babies, not beanie buddies ☺️☺️☺️
Regarding the mistake merchandise, yes my goodwill will list on e-commerce. If after a week it does not sell, it comes back to the location to be sold. We are in Illinois.
I’m not a reseller but I’m noticing on lots of videos that Goodwill especially seem to be giving resellers some push back on buying items. But isn’t THAT what they’re doing? Reselling donated items? At least you’re paying for the items so I can’t see what GW’s problem is. 🤔🤷🏻♀️
9:32 "uh- what's this guy's name?" I almost thought you were joking. 😆 his name is Crash. Also says it on the tag. I just thought that was so funny. Good plush haul!!
I was donating to GW once…the GW staff unloaded 2 new Cedar chairs from my truck. I told them when I pulled up my nephew would be unloading the donations as I had some things that weren’t being donated. While I was helping my nephew carry a love seat into the store. I saw the chairs being brought in…brand new with their tags and a receipt in my hand bag. They refused to return them. My nephew said he would stay at store until police could get there. The police did not get there in time ( this was about a half hour before closing) I waited for 45 minutes …everything was locked up and staff was gone. I arranged to have a police man meet me at opening the following morning…you guessed it…we were there about 20 minutes before opening….we went in and the police man checked the back room while I checked the floor…you guessed it…no chairs….they never had the chairs, I was lying. Those chairs were $220.00 each. Never donated to GW again…I do Face Book Free. This was 3 yrs ago.

I make plenty of money off of goodwill now that they stopped sending so much to the auction site which is definitely a total scam. I also agree that it shouldn't have charity status though. It's a business and all my personal donations go to the locally owned thrift stores.
Exactly.
They’re not donating items to charity. They’re donating the money they make off the items. So the more they sell it for the more money goes to charity
I love how you do the breakdown and commentary on your videos! Great channel!
I appreciate that! and thanks so much for watching!
One reason something like a video camera shouldn't be on the floor is they need to remove recordable media and erase data from the item for privacy purposes. So besides sending it to the ecommerce department, they also need to make sure it goes through the proper channels.
That purple caboodle on the shelf is worth picking up if its in good condition. Its 90's and generally runs about 25 to 35 plus shipping.
Awesome! Thanks so much for that info for sure Ill be on the lookout for that
thanks so much for watching!
They are pretty serious about those price tags lol
Thanks so much for watching!!!
Thanks for the info! and give it a try - thanks so much for watching!

My Goodwill uses practically unremovable stickers. I tried heating stickers off, goo gone and etc. I ruined some magazines from 1910 and gave away the rest because everyone said "but you only paid $1.99".

The employee looked at the comps and sold it himself, I bet. He probably lined up a buddy to come to the store later and buy it for $4.99.
maybe who knows - but i know if never what put back out (or at least i didnt see it the next day)
thanks so much for watching!
Or it escaped the initial culling that funnels the good stuff to their ridiculously overpriced eBay channel.
No matter the reason, if it was put out, it should have been sold . That was a dishonest 😢 thing to do . These place sell their things to help others , I don't care who they sell to just sell them when it hits the floor
Before he took it out of his hands,he scratch the back of his neck,he had an eye on that particular item
I liked the log looking clock... I had a family member who worked at a Goodwill years ago. Her job was sorting items when they first come in... Let me just say, there was a lot of theft by the employees of the really good or brand new stuff. Hopefully Goodwill has cameras in the back now.
yea - id love to see what they get it
thanks so much for watching!
Is just FREE and chinese bought the company years ago so now is private profit, they FIRED all adult disable employees back when they bought it.
Those cameras were stolen as well... lol 😂
Yes, in OZ a few years back they busted about 14 people working for salvos, they did sorting and stealing mainly quality clothes. They all copped it in the neck.
Goodwill is crap. They are WAY too proud of their old used merch. Overpriced, understocked.... dude probably wanted the Video camera for himself.
yea - i really dont know but it never was put back out... gone forever lol

I'm glad you said something about the eBay camera. I thought something was wrong on my end

It's Crash Bandacoot.
I wouldn't ask the price untill they were ringing it up. Usually the ladies behind the counter just make up a decently cheap price for the item
Sadly not here. They usually state they can't sell it and but it in the back. They even do announcements about it.
Thanks so much for watching
True!
I went into a GW the other day and was shocked at their ridiculously high prices. They get all that crap for free. Not that they should give it away but how about pricing accordingly. The stuff isn't usually new.
thanks so much for watching! they are getting a little pricy
Turn in the manager
This probably won't bother anyone else but it's poke mon reminds me of when my dad would say things. Great video, that crazy looking guy is crash bandicoot.

our goodwills don't sell plush by the bag, and the charge crazy money... why is the pricing so crazy from one to the other
Yea its weird - even some in my area there is one that is super expensive and the others are reasonable.

I like the voice-over technique you use, very educational.

The one thing I hate is when they sell the portable phone sets separately instead of as the set. The add on phones are worthless without it's main base. We take and put the portable phone sets and put them in a bag so it stays together.
yea ive seen that too
@@beardedthriftmachine It has happened quite a bit in the Goodwill work in.
They are pretty tough with the price tags - yea it never came back out. im thinking the online site

Books also. Good Luck
Yea mine usually wont do that - ill do a video on that where I take it to the front - they are super strict on that little price take (most the time) Thats an awesome Idea on the dollar tree - i have watched a couple youtuber do that as well

Things like laptops are refurbished and offered back to employees in need, at least in Ontario!
oh very good information that you.
thanks so much for watching!
its a old camcorder that uses vcr tapes so it doesn't store nothing on it , if tape in it take tape out and throw away, but i bet theres no tape in it
You don't think they are wiped then by the previous owner, and refurbish means wipe with a damp cloth... don't insult us please..
Goodwill used to have a sign on their door that stated employees were not allowed to shop at their store. They could only shop in other Goodwill locations. I wonder if this policy is still in effect. I always think that the employees do purchase the ones they have to reprice.
He either kept it, or they sent it in for the goodwill auction site.
Our local Goodwill only sales electronics on line now. The store is mostly clothing but if an item isn’t priced, just take it to the check out. The cashier always puts a price on it for us.
ooh thats sad!

I’ve experienced that too and refuse to shop Goodwill
That guy is Crash Bandicoot!! That was some great plush!! All those items was great!! Thanks for sharing!!

Absolutely they should have had to sell it
I’m about an hour from Matthews myself. It’s so funny that this is the video that was recommended on my feed!
Hey, from Wilmington, NC. I just found your fabulous channel!
Two ?'s -
* I used eBay to sell when they first started in the late '90's when fees were so so low.

All I can do is scan a barcode and I don't have barcodes on my mid-century or vintage stuff
that is true - i hope the camera comes back =(
i miss it lol

Our Goodwill,Salvation Army, and local thrift shop let the people who have an antique store by stuff first. They even get to buy the things marked NFS. Scammers. It makes it hard for vintage collectors to get anything at a fair price, or even a chance to buy.
Those were great plush pickup! Five nights at Freddie’s plush sell fast. Keep an eye out for the golden Freddy one.
As someone mentioned above, baby loveys and baby blankets can also sell very well. You definitely need to comp out each one before you buy it but I have sold some baby blankets for $50+
Thank you for that info! Ill def be on the look out for that one - and baby blankets

@Bearded Thrift Machine my kids still have their "Baby Morgan" baby blankets and they are in their 20's lol 😆
I noticed the camera part of the scan search feature is gone on my eBay app. Maybe we should all complain! We need it!

Some Disney do well especially if they have the official label/patch - usually on the foot.

That is why I do not shop there any more. I would rather support ARC, Salvation army or DAV etc.
I can understand why the video camera "wasn't meant to go out" it definitely seems like something they would want to list on their online store
Yea those video cameras sell fast for me online for sure.

Crash Bandicoot. Is the stuffed figure you were asking about. There is a super NES game coming back in popularity.

Just a little fyi, the KARMS thrift stores in and around the area if Knoxville, TN sometimes put extra Build A Bear outfits & accessories in Ziploc baggies and put them in with other doll clothes. Have gotten several items & shoes for Less than the $8 for just the BAB shoes. Good luck in your adventures!
Different thrift stores have different policy's Texas thrift stores no price no sale , I saw this woman beg please sell it to me please I love it ( it was a blouse) the manager said if it has no price I cannot sell it , boy she was pissed
