While Noah Cyrus's voice plays the role of the concerned questioner, then leans into a more reluctant yet assertive, "I'm done" questioner. At the end, Shaboozey's voice is now alone, as the weight of the reality sinks in. Both literally (the booze), and metaphorically. This is a master class in emotion speaking through one's music. I can not even begin to fully explain how powerful this song is with these two voices so perfectly portraying the story.
