    I enjoyed and loved the book Good to great Jim Collins; How we overcome challenges from failure, Steve Jobs "Humility, indomitable will with ambition", enables us to focus, stretch, grow and strive. Fascinating talk, thank you very much.

    1:36:00 while I personally agree with Jim's assessment of the 25 vs 45 companies, this is the opposite of what Nassim Nicholas Taleb's theory of black Swans.
    The greatest likelihood of failure is consistent income.
    I struggle to balance these two concepts.
