Much of what we read is...outdated and pathologizing. So I am excited to read this book....when I graduate this December and have more time for not already assigned reading =) It will be part of my own "continuing Education" literature. The snail shirt is very fitting for my therapist office which is covered in artwork of frogs saying messages about how "you don't have to smile if you don't want". One is by someone I ordered from on Etsy that is a sweet anxious little rainfrog who calms himself by counting the crickets printed on his jumper/sweater and it's about these comforting little coping mechanisms we do to take it slow and get by. I appreciate your vlogs so much bc you have always seemed to share my love of smol critters who are so rewarding to just watch watch do their thing. I get such a kick out of when you show your snail friends zoomin in fast motion. Makes me laugh everytime
