It's highly unlikely what you are hearing is her playing. No doubt she's playing the drum parts correctly but the mix is way too clean for it not to be the original track and not her mic'd drums

The cymbal should cease ringing out, and should have a fairly pronounced cut-off, yet it's very audibly clear that it doesn't. I'm calling shenanigans. Either it's dubbed with a bunch of heavily edited / cut together clips, and/or it's a recording of samples triggered from the mics on the kit.
