Dad Simulator 😂 I love it. Particularly lookikg forward to the "Popping out for cat food and prosecco" mission. And the "Pick up your son from outside Budgens" job. It looks like a nifty game. Worrying that issues may not be resolved even after launch. But we can only wait and see.
Since I upgraded my PC I’ve been getting buttery smooth frame rates on a certain trucking game where previously I’d get drops at specific periods, especially in dense forest areas, which were totally jarring. In a driving game, of any sort, a smooth frame rate is paramount and is probably the biggest immersion killer. I couldn’t play this, the fps issue is beyond bad. Even though this wasn’t a first look for me, it’s always good to get another opinion, especially as you, Dean & TinTin have such distinct delivery styles. Therefore, even though I don’t particularly enjoy the game, I enjoyed the content. Thanks for the time and effort, buddy.
The frame rate has totally zapped any chance this game has , I've not had chance to see if it has had a day one patch yet ? But the framerate is sooo bad it hurts ! Such a shame really as the game at it's core is a pretty neat idea , just badly executed, hence why I said I can't recommend it at this point in time .
Yeah they really do let it down unfortunately, it's not as bad as some make out , it's enjoyable little driving game , perfect to relax with , no pressure driving !
I have it on PS5 and it's a cool driving game, though my favourite is Fernbus Simulator. I've heard the Bus will also come to console at some point and it's great!
As I said in the video , " in it's current state , I cannot recommend this game " if the game never receives any updates or fixes , that statement remains true !

Even Fernbus simulator is improved after a year and becomes slowly better. But I was curious...I only watched your video...will not buy this 😅 !!

This game is not worth 40e. Luckily i researched it online before I bought it. First of all, the map is way too small. Loses all enjoyment in exploring areas. Dynamic weather in changing weather conditions is missing. An unfinished game all in all. Taxi Life currently wins this 6-0

It does seem that a lot of there games come with issues out of the gate , such a shame too as a lot of them have a great concept and good core mechanics!
If they made a realistic gta game that would be killer basically just make a simulation of our current lives then we might as well just level up our current selves 😅
I find these games so pointless unless the graphics are exceptional. If Gran Turismo 7 had these graphics I would never play it. I bought the taxi simulator game that came out earlier this year because it actually looks reasonably realistic unlike this city driver game
@@CGDGAMES yeah it runs on steam deck well enough looks a lot better than on the fog mainly because there is no fog still has some issues and a lot of reused assets.

I have a 4090 and a 7950X3d and the game runs like crap. Game isn't optimized at all. trash
