In people’s defence as much as I love a friendly celebrity, some people are just more introverted and that and not very good at these sort of things. It’s their job to entertain you through their music first, not to be your best friend or the life of the party!
If Mark and Jamie was with them it would probably break up a lot of the awkwardness, out of all of them those two seem to lighten the moods from the few interviews i've seen with all of them Thats and it seems like more of a band that way. Not just Taylor and Ben (Love them all though!)
I think that the fact that their wearing sunglasses makes the atmosphere as awkward as their actual responses, cos it removed any personality and emotion.
i know right? like what the fuck was that? to be fair, i think the interviewer tried but it seemed almost like the band was just deliberately trying to be boring and not making the slightest bit of effort to be interesting. like that was just depressing. i've seen taylor in other interviews, she's not this boring!

They are not awkward but the questions are not typical questions they usually get and thats make them to think alot.
