Half of this fight is just strong npcs trying to kill shadowmere
I suspect this would have been easier to watch if shadowmere was not included. Still cool tho
Brelyna Maryon is just an MVP of this fight. 6-7 kills and 25 minutes of survival in this brawl on the frontline, without any armor, against vampires and skilled assasins, with bare hands, flame, heal and magical armor. This dunmer girl isn't as simple as you think.
it doesn't surprise me.. she is a descendant of the great mages of noble house Telvanni after all ;)

Pretty epic video. This one was extremely fun to watch. The ending where the bald guy gets stabbed by Tonilia then Celann avenges him straight after with an axe to her face was an epic show down. Great battle.
This battle would have taken half as long if the npc went for the kill when someone took a knee.
Amazing 1 v 1 happening near the end, camera man decides to hold on the same shadowmere fight the entire time
Once Shadowmere is one of the last, I need to focus on him to monitor his health and lower the difficulty until his health starts to fall in a significant way
Really Great Battle. I'm surprised Brelyna lasted so long using only her fists most of the time. The college mages were fighting against Shadowmere towards the end. I think the Dawnguard's crossbowman got to them.
I am surprised the huskies survived as long as they did they are as weak as a bear for me
@@SupremeLeaderOfNorthKorea01 Huskies and the Vampire Dogs are super weak. Lot weaker than bears if you ask me.
Shadow mare shouldn't really be considered part of the dark brotherhood as it is a summon spell and not an actual npc
Astrid herself said he is like a part of the Family. And he's not entirely summon spell, as player can't conjure him like Arvak.

The vanilla faction don't stand much of chance, the real contest here is between the Dawnguard and the Volkihar Vampire Clan.
I'm putting my bets on the Volkihar clan, cuz they can heal.

Lore-wise the Vampire Clan seems to be much more individualistic than collectivists, it always seemed to me that many of them joined Harkon, not out of loyalty, but out of fear of him, as if they were the Transformers's Starscream, at the first opportunity, they would probably turn their backs and act every man for himself..
It also makes sense on the In-game mechanics, the Dawnguard are vampire hunters after all.

pretty epic major shout out to Brelyna she survived so long way longer then all the mages masters they call themselves pssh a meer apprentice survived far longer then them all way to hang in there xD ending was funny the extents u have to go just to make the battle end i had my money on the dawnguard winning this they do appear to be the strongest faction next to the vamps
The spacing of Serana was nearly peak perfect, unfortunetly the 2 Collage mages threw one two many fireballs at her, but the backline perma snowstorm ( which i never knew she could learn ) was awesome, also the tripplekill of her xD was hilarious.
Brelyna runs out of magicka and just starts throwing hands.💀
I cant imagine what it would have been lile if you also added the Greybeards, The Blades, the Morag Tong from that Raven Rock main quest and also added the Thalmor from the College questline, Markarth, Solstheim, the Embassy, and also the Thalmor keep 😂, and oh the Silver Hand tok

Not really. Werewolves in this game aren't that strong. Vampires would still destroy them

i daresay having shadowmere here is a bit unfair with his high hp pool and insane health regen heh... though his damage output is pathetic
Shadowmere has unique set of rules. He basically can't be defeated on Legendary, so the difficulty drops when he's the last enemy left
Shadowmere with serena or dark brotherhood indicates are invincible
As seen in this very video, none of them are invincible
The college of winterhold could have won easily if they used all their skills! Imagine conjurations rising up all the dead to fight for them 🤣 If collette was their she would heal everyone and use undead spells on the vampires... Game over😂
Too bad game mechanics won't allow that. The ai is far too limited

Next time you do this keep the settings lower. Halfway through I just started skipping because everyone has 10000000 health and takes an hour to kill. Also remove shadowmere.
I lower down settings when I see that it takes forever and I get bored recording, or that characters simply cannot kill each other because of healing.
And I can't remove Shadowmere, as he's an integral part of Dark Brotherhood. I already started despawning him after a while to bring him back at the end, to be finished off by the remaining survivors

All battles are on level 252, on that level you get all the perks.
Omfg why every single time someone making a fight like this the damn immortal horse has to be ruining it? Like hlly fk its been over a decade since ppl starting doing these videos, just stop putting the damn horse there, or atleast give him normal horse stats bcuz hes totally ruining everything.
Shadowmere is an integral member of Dark Brotherhood, and whenever that faction is listed, so is he. Unless someone specifically requests to exclude him.
Tonilia isn't actually a member of the thieves guild, she's just the fence. By this logic, one of the college mages should have been on the thieves guild team.
Same as Ancano isn't actually a member of the College. Tonilia is very closely related to the Guild, she also wears their armor. While she's not an official member, she's listed among them on the Thieves Guild wiki page
@@patpaul6251 Fair enough. Karliah should have been with the guild too, then. Also add the ghost of Gallus, for completion's sake. The college should also have the Augur of Dunlain, who can probably one-shot everyone.

Karliah was there. Gallus wasn't included because he wasn't listed on the wiki, he's only low level ghost by default. And I don't know if there is Augur's voice NPC. Only the vanilla characters were here, so both Gallus and Augur wouldn't do much difference. I can try to make Augur that would be closer to his lore-wise power level, and remake this fight with him.
@@patpaul6251 Haha, I was only joking, but that would actually be cool to see. Imagine a fight between all of the 'accosiated' NPCs that aren't actual members of their respective factions, but still allied with those factions.

Shadowmere is not fair for them to fight cause his health Regens super fast
Yet he deserves to fight nonetheless. I applied a special rule to his fights so that when he's the only one left to kill from his team, the difficulty droos and I increase the damage of all the remaining combatants.

I was level 252, so they were either 252, 277 or even 300 something, like Tonilia.

Is it though? Volkihar Vampires have many members without level-cap, and they know magic too.
Companions should have been werewolves first
For this battle I used all vanilla NPCs. I believe werewolves could cause crashes

Since then I made a dozen of Faction Battle Royales and each time I remove Shadowmere only to add him back at the end
