Reading the comments on lee flash, everybody was wrong so far. Second part of lee's Q does fixed damage + damage based on missing health of enemy, and the difference is pretty significant. So the idea is to do as much damage as possible in the lowest amount of time before taking the second part of the Q.

If he just qs into rat, they get a big trade and lee still has flash. He never kills rat there and lives, at best trades. There is no reason to go for such a high risk.

If the bush is warded, your champion will auto attack a target and if its not it will hold fire. Thats what i think he meant but could be wrong.
