  • Marvin Grossberg refused to take the case with Maya because Redd White was involved... but what if Grossberg was a little more selfless?
    This video explores that possibility!
This is the second part of this mini series, here is the first part:
    • Turnabout Sisters but ...
Most of the assets were obtained from court-records.net and and some popups were obtained from the Untitled Courtroom Discord server.
The program used to create this video was objection.lol.
Phoenix Wright Witness sprite was by me.
Marvin Grossberg as a Defense Attorney was made by the lovely Ceres!
Grossberg's voice lines were made by ‪@Mr_Gamer-Random‬!

The fact they FORGOT about Grossberg's existence after JFA aside from T&T cameo is just outrageous. Bro is imaged as an incompetent old coward despite having hella 40 years of career, bringing Godot and Mia to the profession (with teaching them everything he knew) and encountering almost every prosecutor at the time. In fact he could legally and easily solo almost everyone since he feels as the only sane person in AA universe, bro just got nerfed for plot twist sake.

The sole reason that AA7 isn’t because they’ve run out of ideas, they’re tring to stop Grossburg from taking control and flipping trials like pancakes in a breakfast bar.

I really like how the little traps that Edgeworth originally set for Phoenix - the updated autopsy, shutting down his 'badgering' of April May - Grossberg can easily evade. Unlike Phoenix, he knows what to expect from the prosecution and doesn't get lured into the traps so easily.
I love Miles, but it's nice to see him actually struggling for once.

The court was painfully biased. Phoenix had to fight Redd using Redd's own words against him. I think it would be great if Grossberg appeared in court instead of Phoenix on the second day of the trial, when Phoenix was imprisoned, just on the day when Redd White will be a witness

It would be very goofy to see Phoenix in the role of an assistant like Maya, It would be brilliant

I have an Idea for you, how about after you're finished with this series you can make a what if scenario of Miles Edgeworth as a defense attorney and he's defending Phoenix Wright in that trial from trials and tribulations

This is fun. It's nice to see Edgeworth look like a fool for once.
When will part 3 come out?

Meh, the pacing was pretty messy to be honest. Besides it's weird that there is a clear attempt to stay faithful to the game's presentation, yet Grossberg has been asking people to hold it more than actually objecting to progress testimonies

To be fair, the first one is actually just the original. Phoenix also just presses the point to make everyone throw out the first testimony.
