I've cooked my steaks on bake (10 mins) and they came out good but I love the little burnt parts so I'm trying to decide between the Crisper or broil... Your broil looked good so I might just do that. Thanks for sharing!! ps... the rain in FL is the part nobody talks about, every day at 4pm in the summertime.

I love a ribeye. When I can't cook it on the grill, I saute it in some Kerrygold butter on the stove. Thin sliced works best. I use Weber seasoning and that works for me. Fun video. I can't do a Ninja....off grid and such. Your recipes are great though, thanks.

Hey there, if u don't have it yet, there is a "grillgrate" made for the Ninja Foodi that sears better than what came with the NF. the other side is flat for a griddle plate. check it out bro. If u have the dehydrating racks holder u can use it to put the grate up high. Preheat the grate for at least 15 min or to 20 min to get it good and hot! On Amazon.

I like a steak that is pink in the middle, and when you said that you liked yours on the "Moo-E" side my stomach almost hurled as the view of the uncooked cow showed its innerds! You must have a stomach of iron! It did look wonderful on the outside though. I've never heard of the seasoning you mentioned called, "Mitchell's"? Is it like Montreal Seasoning? Since I have no Ninja I will have to cook my steaks on the grill and get wet. Since I have not melted yet I guess it is safe to say that I am not sugar! :) Thanks for sharing. Gale

    • @NJBrand

Eddie, the steak seasoning that Mikey mentioned is this one: Mitchell Street Steak Seasoning
Outstanding for grilled or broiled steak but also a great way to bring variety to chicken, fish and even tofu. Sprinkle on freely for maximum happiness.
Hand-mixed from: salt, Tellicherry black pepper, paprika, sugar, garlic, onion, dill weed, lemon peel, cardamom, citric acid, natural smoke flavor and allspice.
You can get it from an online vendor (or if you're lucky enough to have a brick-n-mortar in your town/city/vicinity) called Penzy's over at www.penzeys.com/online-catalog/mitchell-street-steak-seasoning/c-24/p-652/pd-s
I love getting spices and herbs from Penzy's!

    • @MikeyGoode

You may not be made of sugar but you're still sweet in our book! Mitchell Street seasoning is made by Penzey's Spice Co. We eat it on almost everything we toss in the grill.

thank you for the lesson .i enjoy your vibe .when you talk about meat tender you missed the biggest point the grades, select ,choice [regular grocery store ] prime [costoc ,sams, whole foods ] and restaurant grade [from butcher or meat delivery ] thats important .When defrosting anything defrost slowly in refrigerator over night .and yes agree on rare but why cut where is your thermometer ? why guess use science
