The only candidate he has a chance against is Trump, and there is no reason to think any of the other Republicans would be different in character. It's like we learned NOTHING from 2016. Running a candidate the party was beholden to, who had huge electoral weaknesses. If it is actually necessary to defeat Trump, act like it.
