The button will not last long. You should have put it into the MOSFET's Gate circuit, the current there is trivial. Oh, and your output voltage is about 10-12 kV, nowhere near 400.

The discharge time is only 5 seconds and the mice are stunned after a long time. I want to make a 5000KV electric baton that can stun mice at once. stick
