OMG. I stayed in Torrenova for two nights in late March. Would not want to be there now. Had a wonderful time hiking in the Tramuntana for a week, but I guess I'm old and the party seen is way beyond me now. LOL!
Haha, how Torrenova/Maga changes from March into April. March this year must've been one of the most lovely times to visit. Especially if you enjoy hiking and an empty beach! Bliss!
in 1992 when i went last week of july first week of august, rammed no internet then just go back home show photographs and tell storys of your holiday. all i can remember was bcm, tokio joes, bananas and cork and cardiff.
Yes! Going down boots with a roll of 24 (or 36) film and pick up the pics a week later. That was social media then flicking through the photos with your mates. LOL

I have no idea Paul. It should be - everywhere really should be, being 2023 and all. There are places to go out that are better than others. I've got quite a few gay friends, maybe will think how to do a video about best places to go for a future video....

My mum and dad met in magaluf and the family go there every single year - I have been going to magaluf and the same hotel since 1987 !!! And I can safely say the 2000 kids have no idea how boring magaluf is now !! The last time it was busy was 2007 where at 8 a clock every night to early in the morning you could not move on that strip right from April to September!! I feel really sorry for this generation who get exited about magaluf, even back home on a night out ect !! These days nightlife, and social life is ass !! Literally the most ram packed night in magaluf is like having a quite sat night into me !!! Completely empty all year round magaluf !!
Oh wow, that's a long history with Maga here, but a great story. Yes, I've heard it's not the same anymore... it'll be interesting to see what it's like this Summer!
@@MallorcaUnderTheSun i certainly don’t think it’s magaluf it’s the new generations!! technology never helped them very anti social it changed them.. late 80’s 90’s no one had a mobile out with them people talked, danced and were more social you could smoke in bars and everything was much much cheaper pints were only just over £1 cigarettes even for a pack of 10 one pound fifty !! I was only on £180 a week at 18 but that £180 would go far as everything was cheap 20 odd years later and min wage has only added a extra £200 on top of that but pints are £5 to £10 I’m so happy I was born in the 80’s today’s generation will never experience the freedom, and true fun today!! I come with the family in June, then again with my wife in July then august it’s always dead!! I would definitely give a arm and leg to go back in time.

As far as I know there are some areas in Mallorca (and Ibiza) that have regulations against 2 for 1 drink offers and some other rules surrounding alcohol.
