While other problems remain such as the article pointed to not relating to what was said, problems with data and conclusions drawn from it not being as clear or clean cut as suggested given things like pedo organisation and selection bias, lack of consideration of the bigger picture regarding implications of acting on such data regarding change in society-wide risk factors - particularly opportunity to act and ability to organise leading to disinhibition etc. i.e. He did not say what Card presented him as saying, in the way he said it.
