Love the products, but this company has serious issues when it comes to supply and order processing. My first order took 2-3 weeks to receive. It was the sampler, so no big deal to wait. My second order was a full size deodorant Neroli & Basil. $26 for product and shipping (that is with the 10% discount). Ordered on May 19, product was in stock and I received an e-mail on May 22 with a DHL tracking number. It is June 5 and DHL tracking is still waiting for the package for shipment. I emailed their customer service and they will reply in 3 business days. Salt and Stone, if you are going through growing pains, be transparent about it, or you will not get repeat customers.

When it comes to the deodorant, how well does the Hinoki wood one work on pit hair? A lot of deodorants have a powdery texture for some reason
Can you said if the body lotion smell is long lasting? . What is the best option for the smell to remain?
