- my brain told me to make lemon bars or the world would end so i had to make them. these were so delicious im literally such a chef its kind of scary. i will be opening my own lemon themed restaurant soon where we only serve lemon dishes

I love how we’re making these “making ____ at __ AM/PM” videos a monthly thing
Here’s a tip for any future baking!! If it specifies a crumbly texture you can leave room temp butter as it is! No need to melt! The solid butter forms the crumb structure well. Use a fork to mix the dry with the butter and it should work perfectly. It’s kinda like when you make pie crust.
This is at least what my family always does but we certainly aren’t professionals
