Technically it should keep charging till all 4 power Indicators are gone but here it stops when power Indicator is 1. Does this happen to you too? Please confirm.
@@immiteshk For me it is not having this problem. In that case please talk to the customer care, which I too called for some issues but got it clarified on call. So in the worst case they would ask you to send it to their Madhya Pradesh address, which they will check it as you have 3 years warranty right !! +91 9285113332 is the technical team of customer care for coolnut.
@@girishdeshmukh79Klb I contacted them and they said it's normal as it cannot charge the laptop when only 1 power Indicator is available. In laptop on state it gives me max 1.7-1.8 times charge. Only when laptop is off then it gives 2 full charges. I'm using it with hp elitebook with a 65w adapter. How about you?
