- Braselton, Georgia is a small town full of southern charm, but it comes with a pretty big price tag. Chateau Elan is full of sprawling states and the 55+ communities in the area are very popular. One big benefit of retiring here in north Georgia is the tax breaks for seniors.

Can you recommend a few towns that meet my criteria?
Conservative, good schools (even better if don't have a mask mandate)and would like a decent size back yard because our kids like to spend time outside. Thanks!
Pretty much every area that we cover on this channel fits this criteria. It can all be found in all the areas--what will mainly drive the location is your budget. Certain areas are more expensive than others. Thanks for watching!
