I am boots on the ground and will be covering hurricane Beryl through it's entirety. Including where / near where the eye wall hits & surveying the damage afterwards.
Beach Erosion, Flooding, storm surge, Tornados, damage etc.
From Corpus Christi Texas, through Mustang Island, Port Aranas, Port Lavaca, Matagorda Beach, Galveston & Houston.

I love a wild thunderstorm with the pouring rain, 🌩️⛈️the forceful wind swirling 🌀 around with dark clouds 🌬️ 🌑 and quickly rolling over head with an unexpected clap of thunder so loud it startles me and I yelp in fear! it's a bomb going off! I love it when there's a constant rumbling and seeing the wicked bright bolts of lightening flashing and lighting up the entire sky up! Woo hoo! Have fun! 🌑 ⚡🖤

I grew up within miles of Bay City. We practically lived at Surfside beach. My sister is still there on a large farm. We regularly rode out 3 hurricanes a year - no big deal for humans but big problem for cattle & crops in lowland. Of course we rode it out in our homes with our windows boarded up NOT out in a car storm chasing LOL 😱

This is reminding me of the time I got my windshield wiper blades replaced at a car parts store and later during a horrible rain storm similar to this I discovered that the reason I couldn't see was the guy didn't remove the plastic wrap from the blades So everyone check that before a real life event

Take shelter in a designated storm shelter or an interior room for high winds. Stay away from glass windows and doors. Move to higher ground before flooding begins.
