Nice analysis. I’m invested in Danaos. Thesis: it trades at half the cost of its ships less debt and has two years of 95%+ revenue visibility. Likely to earn its enter EV in free cash flow by end 2026.
I think attempting to beat the S&P 500 with a bunch of low quality businesses is extremely unlikely, especially after-tax with all the selling usually involved in this strategy. And if you are fine with funding international terrorism, then Turkey is a good place to invest.

I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommended Natalie Strayer, I met her at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
