I've bought that exact electric bike 2 years ago, but the earlier version and there's no problem going up hills as long as you use the pedal assist mode 5. Remember, it is both a 7-speed bike which is on the right handlebar, and then you have the pedal assist modes on the left handle bar. Make sure you drop down to first or second speed on the right handle bar and then use pedal-assist mode 5 on the left Handlebar. Also, if you go into the computer screen you can increase the speed to 28 miles an hour from 20 miles per hour that the bike is shipped to you at. You can find out how to do that on RUclips just in case you haven't already done that. You will fly up the hills. I enjoy your videos glad you're doing more of them.
Mike uses pedal assist on 5, Lynn only uses level 1. We already increased the speed limiter back when we got it, (and mentioned that in our original video😊) these hills were STEEP!
Living in Cincinnati I can relate to the traffic. Especially now while the bridge is being worked on. Going around the city on I-275 makes a lot of sense right now. I am surprised that the park was so quiet and sites were so available. To hear people talk, RV sites are supposed to be full and camping is supposed to be almost nonexistent. Lake Cumberland is always a beautiful stop. Great video.
The bridge wasn't even the backup... It was accidents before the bridge 😂 I feel like we are out here to make a point and prove that not everything you hear on FB/internet is true with regards to "there's no where to camp!" And "you have to reserve at least 6 months out if you want a campsite!" It's just not true😁
Happy Birthday Mike! And Lynn, you are a great cook, ever think about putting out a recipe book? Sorry about the "lost" campsite but it ended up well. Fun trip guys, thanks.
I have considered it and I'd still like to have a cook book... But it would probably be mostly desserts because with regular food I don't cook by recipe I cook by taste so I can only tell people ingredients vs amounts of what haha
That looks familiar going down a road then saying to ourselves CRAP wrong place, Tight SPOT! ...... Lynn I think you had the right idea cracking one open at that point! You guys are really selling us on the Rig and Jeep.....Especially when it comes to the situation you were in. Lake Cumberland has been on my list for a while thanks for doing the recon for us!
Something to consider. Take the 275 south bypass west to get through Cincinnati. It's 15 miles longer but you almost never experience the traffic jam that is common on 75. We travel that way many times a year and it has never failed to give us a better driving experience. I realize Mike is a professional however mostly everyone else is not. Just gives you peace, continually driving instead of highway sitting.
HBD, Mike! Welcome to my world. I seem to get lost every trip even with the GPS (google maps). Sometimes the phone doesn't understand us and sends us somewhere else. That's my story and I'm sticking with it. ; - )
Cumberland Falls S.P is a beautiful park too. They have a trail you can walk up to the base of the falls, and the go up to the top of the falls. There is also Cumberland Gap Historical Park further east on the VA border that is pretty too and is the gap Daniel Boone found to explore, now KY. He brought the settlers through it to settle KY, and eventually IN after Lewis and Clark explored.
If you are ever looking for a nice campground in the area again about five miles past where the entrance to the Lake Cumberland State Resort Park is located is the Wolf Creek Dam. Just below the dam is a campground called Kendall Campground. It is very nice with large spots and they are secluded. I have camped there and it was a very nice experience. Also at the location is the fish hatchery which is very interesting to see.
Lake Cumberland is the largest lake in KY. It is approx. 50K acres and is 101 miles from the dam to the headwaters. Great fishing and recreation area. Danville, Jamestown and several other towns on the northside are very historic and wirth exploring. Great video!
Happy Belated birthday Mike. Looks like you made the best of the adventure. Corn looked amazing, burgers, homemade pie and your honey to cuddle up to #Winning
Haha this video had all the emotions in it😂 we certainly wandered our way around Kentucky! Overall it turned out great but definitely made for a birthday trip to remember
Happy belated birthday, Mike! One never knows the adventures the journey will bring! Keeping a good attitude is the only way to push through. We just did a trip to TN and were snarled by unreal traffic, weathered through 24 straight hours of unreal rain from Fred, and I had to put $2K of tires on the tow vehicle... It's not always "glamping"! Lol.
Looks like you did a bit of wandering for your birthday adventuring. Nice blessing that you found help to find your way. Putting the park on my list of places. As for the garage a/c would be nice, or perhaps some type of ceiling fan to move the air. I’ll give you a 👍 and an 👌
Happy birthday, and air conditioning would be nice! You already have an insulated garage door, so that will help. I rode almost fifty miles yesterday in 93 degree heat with high humidity, and I was SO glad to get back in an air conditioned car. The pie looked awesome.
Yes both garages are heated and insulated with insulated garage doors. Luckily I think the super hot and humid days are dwindling this year so we will probably have an AC for next summer👍🏻 the pie was so good!
We could actually see the frustration from the looks on both of your faces! The pie definitely made it all better again! Happy Birthday again Mike! 🇺🇸👍
Frustration and confusion lol until we realized we were at the wrong park entirely lol then the campsite at the correct park wouldn't work for us lol adventures!
A big 👍for the AC, you can never have enough AC in this weather! Shit happens Lynn not a real big deal and you made it. Thats a nice sign that they had made for you its a definite keeper.
Happy birthday! I have been watching a lot of your videos and maybe I missed it but did you ever sell you house or did y'all decide to keep it as home base? My wife and I are toying with going full time in a few years so maybe we will run into you on the road. Safe travels!
Thank you! 2 years ago we sold the house we had in Marblehead and bought a homebase near Toledo. (Here's that video in case you missed it) ruclips.net/video/pjjYKJpyfaM/видео.html And ever since heated, and insulated the big garage so we never winterize and travel year round when we want!
Happy Birthday Mike. We got screwed up in the Smoky Mountains, looking for Elkhart campground, we ended up on top of the Mountain, looking over Gatlinburg. My wife and I were scared $h!tless.
this place (the correct one) looks really nice. Glad might got some birthday dinner and breakfast. The adventures continue! Love bread and butter pickles. Nice job.
Its easy to get lost in KY... We were going to NC and had to climb over a mountain that was supposedly a highway... the GPS was saying turn but there would be a sign saying "Your GPS lied, this is not a road. Keep going.".. Several signs..not just 1..MANY!!
This episode has a little bit of everything, really enjoyed it. Y’all just seemed so comfortable in front of the camera. Guy was cute mooching under the table too. But that pie, oh man, you definitely got that convection microwave figured out.
Happy Birthday Mike. I was curios about Cumberland Falls camping, I only live a little over an hour from there and love the area but will check out Lake Cumberland as it looks nice and will try and get 105 or 106.
Two trips without Piper😥😰. I can’t wait for her to get home and as a person who trained dogs for 40+ years, I can tell you that consistency is so important. I use to tell my clients that I wasn’t training their dog, I was training them. You’ll both have to do the same things and be consistent or the 2 weeks of training will go right out the window. What a gem of a campground you found! It’s really nice and so quiet. I got my Lectric 2.0 eBike 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it!
There's not a single real camper in this world who haven't made a similar mistake on campgrounds and that's the same with late check ins.. Been there and done that... 😆 BTW, Happy Birthday Mike, Hope to see you guys next year...
Duane is from KY and we have never gone to Lake Cumberland. We just got ebikes too and look forward to exploring in parks. we got Aventons because Duane wanted a little bigger bike. Great job and enjoyed the video. I think I need some more cooking lessons. Never too old to learn!! Deana
Mike: Auto Jet Muffler for a hanger that will last the life of your RV. They build exhaust systems for Trucks, and school Buses. Trusted and tried quality stuff!
Eh we don't mind either one more than the other. We watch for backups and reroute but decided to just go through it this time because we weren't going that far... Little did we know we went to the wrong park lol
@Wandering Wagners, Happy Birthday to Mike!! Y’all have such fantastic attitudes. These things happen from time to time and I really appreciate that you can still exemplify how to roll with the coaster and enjoy the ride. It looks like a great park. I’m impressed with your ability to use your convection microwave, as I’m a little nervous about using it. I know I need to to just give it a go, but I’m nervous about burning stuff or not cooking things fully and just ruining things. Do you have websites or recipe sources with good instructions that you’d suggest?
Thank you! We tend to stay at a lot of state parks and usually have a great time. We don't need the hookups and most the time opt for electric only no matter where we go. This trip actually turned out pretty great even with the mix-up on my part! Haha🤦🏼♀️ As for the convection, I don't use anything specific just my own recipes that if I make in the convection I'll either tweak the temp or the time. Cookies are usually the things that need watched/temps and time tweaked. I've shown my trials in previous videos and if you're interested, videos where I showed cooking are in a playlist on our channel for RV cooking😊
Welcome to Kentucky. LOL When you finally get to Lake Cumberland you'll fit into those sites without issues. Just a fact about Lake Cumberland that you may not know. There is more shoreline around Lake Cumberland than the ENTIRE west coast. Enjoy Lake Cumberland. Have fun.

We weren't lost... We just didn't know we weren't supposed to be at that park😂🤦🏼♀️

A nice mini split unit to keep Mike cool while working on things and for when Lynn's doing those work outs 👍💪
Sounds like a plan!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIKE AND MANY MORE TO COME
Thank you!😁
Well Happy Be-lates Birthday Mike. Glad you guys are enjoying your vacation. Thanks for taking us along.
Thanks for watching, Ric!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIKE, and MANY,MANY MORE.
Thanks🙌🏻🙌🏻
Happy Birthday Mike! And Lynn, you are a great cook, ever think about putting out a recipe book? Sorry about the "lost" campsite but it ended up well. Fun trip guys, thanks.

No better time to have a beer😂🍺 the RV and Jeep just keep making traveling easier and easier for us! Especially in this mix-up situation haha

It was faster to go through Cincy. The big jam wasn't until Lexington, KY, but understand why some people choose the bypass!
That's how memories are made you did terrific.
You've got that right haha
HBD, Mike! Welcome to my world. I seem to get lost every trip even with the GPS (google maps). Sometimes the phone doesn't understand us and sends us somewhere else. That's my story and I'm sticking with it. ; - )
We went to the park we thought we were going to... Nope! Haha oh well
Happy Birthday Mike. So I'm guessing being 6'6" 275 pounds, the E bikes wouldn't be a good choice for me.
It would be ok on non hilly terrain haha
Hey it happens too the best of us no harm no foul . Happy Birthday Mike and great looking pie Lynn .
Pie and champagne fixes everything haha
Cumberland Falls S.P is a beautiful park too. They have a trail you can walk up to the base of the falls, and the go up to the top of the falls. There is also Cumberland Gap Historical Park further east on the VA border that is pretty too and is the gap Daniel Boone found to explore, now KY. We plan to visit Cumberland falls sometime soon since that's what we thought we would be doing😂
Yes! That pie looked damn good! One of my favorites. Glad to know it cooked well in your micro/convection oven. I need to try this in ours.
The convection oven does quite a great job at everything!! Definitely give it a try
Love this episode. Been following for years. Happy Birthday Mike!
Thank you!! It turned out great
Love those type of sites! Driving through Cincy made my palms sweat as bad as going through some passes getting into parts of Utah.
Cincinnati always has accidents. We get through Chicago better than Cincinnati haha

Great info, thanks!
Happy Belated birthday Mike. Looks like you made the best of the adventure. Corn looked amazing, burgers, homemade pie and your honey to cuddle up to #Winning
Luckily it ended up being a great trip! Started out rough haha the food definitely helped😁
Happy birthday Coach haha , the smartest dude who can fix anything. I want to be just like you.
Thanks😎 I do what I can haha
Good choice of Pie. Happy Birthday Mike!
It was amazing as always😋 thank you guys!
"We're not lost, we just don't know where we are!" - Never gets olds, always brings a smile. Thx!
Really appreciate the transparency in this video. "More gooder" - I'm still laughing.
It's taken awhile, but I finally "get" the name of your RUclips channel! ;-) Funny stuff all around.
Haha this video had all the emotions in it😂 we certainly wandered our way around Kentucky! Overall it turned out great but definitely made for a birthday trip to remember
A/C in the garage, for sure!
Can't hurt!😁
The Cumberland Falls area is really nice. We visited there in 2019 and stayed at General Burnside State park. Happy Birthday Mike!
We will look that up for the next time... And maybe I'll actually get the reservation correct this time😂😂
Happy Birthday Mike. Nice video even being lost. Two thumbs up.
It was memorable for sure! Thanks for watching
Yea, nothing like getting lost and hardly enough room to turn around. It is difficult keep a good attitude. All the best.
We had to turn around like 3x🤦🏼♀️😂 but finally got it figured out haha
Happy belated birthday, Mike! One never knows the adventures the journey will bring! Keeping a good attitude is the only way to push through. We just did a trip to TN and were snarled by unreal traffic, weathered through 24 straight hours of unreal rain from Fred, and I had to put $2K of tires on the tow vehicle... That's life so they say! Still better than sitting at home/work/etc😁 it ended well luckily and we hope your trip did too!
Happy Birthday, Mike!!!
Thank you!
It happens! Looks like you guys had a great time nonetheless. Happy birthday Mike!
Oh forgot about the pie! WOW!! Lynn it turned out so well! You're making me more confident in using our convection microwave when we get our rig!
Thank you! The convection oven has been great for me!
Looks like you did a bit of wandering for your birthday adventuring. Nice blessing that you found help to find your way. Putting the park on my list of places. As for the garage a/c would be nice, or perhaps some type of ceiling fan to move the air. I’ll give you a 👍 and an 👌
Lots of wandering for sure haha the garage does have a big ceiling fan but it would be nice to move cooler air vs hot
That Pie Did Look good!
Happy Birthday Mikey!!
It was so good that it barely lasted a day😋 haha thank you!
Nice!!
Happy belated birthday! This episode was so funny. I laughed so much. But I got my Wagner therapy time in which was soothing
Thank you!😁 It was a great weekend and a first for going to the wrong park and thinking we were crazy/lost lol glad to hear you enjoyed it!
Mike, Happy Birthday...Have a good one!
Thank you!
Happy Birthday Mike! After watching your video on getting your bikes, ordered one, schedule for delivery this week.
That's awesome!
Happy Birthday!!! No better way to spend the day.
Pretty great day overall!
Happy birthday Mike. Always an adventure
Thanks! Great time😊
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIKE!🎉
Thanks!😎
Wow that pie looks great. The corn too. Before I forget, happy belated birthday!
Thank you very much! This ended up being such a great trip, even with the mishap of finding the correct park lol
Happy Birthday Mike, enjoy the pie one of my favorites.
The pie was gone in record time haha
Happy birthday, and air conditioning would be nice! You already have an insulated garage door, so that will help. I rode almost fifty miles yesterday in 93 degree heat with high humidity, and I was SO glad to get back in an air conditioned car. The pie looked awesome.
Yes both garages are heated and insulated with insulated garage doors. Luckily I think the super hot and humid days are dwindling this year so we will probably have an AC for next summer👍🏻 the pie was so good!

Thank you and yes she does😁
Happy Birthday Mike🎂🎉Nothing like a little adventure to get the weekend started. Nice pie Lynn.
Thank you!😁
We could actually see the frustration from the looks on both of your faces! The pie definitely made it all better again! Happy Birthday again Mike! 🇺🇸👍
Frustration and confusion lol until we realized we were at the wrong park entirely lol then the campsite at the correct park wouldn't work for us lol adventures!
Miss seeing piper. I bet guy does too. You had one heck of a garden this year. My garden beds are done till the fall. Too much heat and bugs.
We miss Piper too! Guy doesn't seem to miss her LOL he loves getting all the attention all the time.
Happy birthday Mike. Pie looks great.
Thank you!😁
Great video guys 👍👍 Happy Birthday Mike and the pie looked good
Thanks for watching, and birthday wishes!😊
Happy Birthday, Mike
Thank you!
Nothing like a cold drink and a burger at night. Sounds like it all worked out in the end. Great video. Nice place there.
Luckily that spot was available and worked out great for us!🙌🏻
Happy Birthday Mike! The pie looked great.
Thanks! The pie was delicious
Pie looks very tasty,
Happy Birthday, Mike
Thanks! That pie was gone fast haha
Happy Birthday Mike!
Thank you!
Good stuff you guys, stuff happens, been there myself. Take care
Made it memorable haha😂
Guess what? That Mike is one lucky guy. Happy birthday OM.
Haha ain't that the truth😎
Happy You Day Mike. Love the two of you and your channel. I aspire to have your camping lifestyle one day. Cheers from North Vancouver B.C. Canada.
Thanks so much! Appreciate the kind words😊
Happy B-day Mike. Can’t wait to see how Piper behaves after he comes home from training. 👍
We are excited to see how she is too!
Happy birthday Mike! It must have been pretty hot for you to put shorts on!
It was! Haha
Happy Birthday!!! Awesome content as always. Prayers for your success and happiness. Hell yeah Mike I have ac in my garage and it's awesome
Thank you!🙌🏻 We are looking into the AC addition
Happy Birthday Mike.
Thanks!
Happy Birthday!!! So where are the bike helmets? Bikes are nice have one and waiting for the other to be delivered. Happy Camping....
Thanks! It was a fun weekend
A big 👍for the AC, you can never have enough AC in this weather! Shit happens Lynn not a real big deal and you made it.
Thats a nice sign that they had made for you its a definite keeper.
We had to make it work... Just can't believe I made that rookie mistake LOL
(Here's that video in case you missed it)

And ever since heated, and insulated the big garage so we never winterize and travel year round when we want!
Happy Birthday Mike, two thumbs up for the air conditioner !!
Thanks👍🏻👍🏻
It is all about the fun 👍👍
You've got that right!
Happy Birthday Mike. We got screwed up in the Smoky Mountains, looking for Elkhart campground, we ended up on top of the Mountain, looking over Gatlinburg. My wife and I were scared $h!tless.
Haha glad to see we weren't there only ones who made a mistake
Happy Birthday Mike ....
Thanks!
this place (the correct one) looks really nice. Glad might got some birthday dinner and breakfast. The adventures continue! Love bread and butter pickles. Nice job.
It ended up being a pretty great trip! Even if we went to the completely different park the first time 😂🤦🏼♀️
Happy birthday Mike!
Thank you😊
Happy Birthday Mike that pie looks great
Thank you! The pie had a short life haha
Thats a professional looking pie.
Tasted that way too!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BROTHER
Thank you!👍🏻
Its easy to get lost in KY... We were going to NC and had to climb over a mountain that was supposedly a highway... the GPS was saying turn but there would be a sign saying "Your GPS lied, this is not a road. Keep going.".. Several signs..not just 1..MANY!!
We made it to the campground... Just not the right one at first😂 haha
Happy birthday Mike.
Thank you😊
That looks like a very nice camp ground, we prefer them like that. Not crowded.😎🇺🇸
So do we!😁
This episode has a little bit of everything, really enjoyed it. Y’all just seemed so comfortable in front of the camera. Guy was cute mooching under the table too. But that pie, oh man, you definitely got that convection microwave figured out.
Thank you! It was a pretty well rounded video/trip haha The convection has been amazing!
Happy Birthday Mike. I was curios about Cumberland Falls camping, I only live a little over an hour from there and love the area but will check out Lake Cumberland as it looks nice and will try and get 105 or 106.

As a trucker, we’re never lost, just taking the more adventurous route. Happy Birthday
We knew where we were... But didn't realize we weren't supposed to be there LOL
Happy Birthday !!
Thank you!
That was amazing 🤩
Thank you! Memorable adventure😁
👍👍 Happy Birthday 🍾🎉🎂
Thank you!
Happy birthday Mike have a great day
Thank you🎉
Misadventures like this makes the best memories.
It will definitely be remembered!😊

@@WanderingWagners we will do a revue. We have filmed some but need more. Your bikes are nice.
Mike: Auto Jet Muffler for a hanger that will last the life of your RV. They build exhaust systems for Trucks, and school Buses. Trusted and tried quality stuff!

This is why I use secondary roads and avoid the interstate. Most of the secondary routes are fou lanes, but the downside is going through small towns
Eh we don't mind either one more than the other. We watch for backups and reroute but decided to just go through it this time because we weren't going that far... Little did we know we went to the wrong park lol

Thank you! Pie was amazing as always😋
Happy Birthday, Mike! I got 17 years on ya! I blinked at 36 and here I am… 😐

Oh we fit but only because we ignored the pad😂 great site after we got settled and we even had satellite TV lol
A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIKE !!😋🥳🥳🥳I just made the same pies my hubby's favorite too 🥰 Safe Travels ❤
Can never go wrong with lemon meringue pie😋
Happy Birthday Mike 🎉🎂
Thank you!👍🏻
Great video and happy birthday👍👍 and yes now I want some lemon meringue pie lol😂
Thanks! Go get yourself some pie!😁 worth it
Happy birthday Mike hope you had a great day and safe travels from Rick and Pam from southern Ohio
Thanks! It turned out pretty good in the end😊
Happy B Day Mike. Hope your day was full of Hershey Bars and Lemon Meringue pie…….and maybe an episode of Loading Wars.
Chocolate, pie and great TV is all I need haha
