I'm always jealous of those who can fit everything into a single case or bag. Wow! We do weddings differently, but I have a high-roof van so I can cram all the sh*t that I use.

You should get yourself 2 mini mixers, on the off chance you have 2 performers, with neither having any more available outputs for you to use. That way you can have their output going in to your mixer and out to their system and also out to your H4n

I'm not a Sony shooter, but you are spot on with your lens selections. I use the Nikon Z or Tamron G equivalents. And the 24-70 are my workhorses. Thanks for sharing.

Also, the a7IV shoots photo AND video (obviously). In as much as you're classifying it as a photo camera, it's just as much a video camera. Technically speaking, it's advertised as a 'hybrid' camera.

The Sony A7IV is a Hybrid camera. It does both photo and video well. It’s a Jack of all trades camera. I recommend it! The dual SD card slots are clutch!
