- A level 199 modder in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 said he has Ultra Instinct 3, or Super Saiyan 3 Ultra Instinct. So I used Zeno's True Final Form from Dragon Ball Super in Xenoverse 2. He then RAGE QUIT Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

That's cheaters in general. They became superior through underhanded means and want to stay on top and show their dominance, but the moment they get exposed for what they are they try to darg others down with them. This holds true in all forms of competition.
They cheat because they don't have skill, then they forget they don't have skill because they cheat, but they remember they cheated, so they have the attitude of "If I'm cheating, then anyone who beats me must also be cheating"

Hmm perhaps an aoe-themed build for the godly Namekian build? The super ki explosion use gave me ideas for a build like that. Ultra Fighting Bomber or Heat Dome, super ki explosion, one of the many aoe evasives, etc
My livion idea is super saiyan 4. At least only moves used by ssj4 goku and vegeta. Maybe potential unleashed or kaioken for awokens since there sadly isn't a ssj4 awoken. Idk how you'd feel about adding the clothes to livion
Idk if you do this but I have a ult combo that's: Super Spirit Bomb + Special Beam Cannon (Beast)
The best that's worked for me is to either use the kick right after the Spirit Bomb explodes or charge the Special Beam Cannon until it's charged *two* times, using it immediately overrights the Spirit Bomb's damage and fully charging it will give the opponent enough time to break your stamina.
I also suggest using a SS that makes the opponent's stamina recover slower, like Hit's "Now you understand, surrender" SS

My suggestion for levion's new form I call it legendary super beast form basically combined beast form with legendary super saiyan
Livion needs a BEAST mode Livion with flashy melee based combo attacks
One idea for livion is primal livion and have one of the ultimate timeskip and final kamehameha and super dragon fist.
Livion went to the time chamber and was in there for 5years and when he came out there was SSB UI or SSB EGO
Don't have much of an idea concerning the associated moveset, and the whole idea is mostly just a rhyming gimmick, but for the new form of Livion:
Grand BEAST
Grand Priest-trained Beast. Because Beast and Priest rhyme...Could be a mix of UI and Beast through either of the transformations and the costume/moves of the other...Yeah that's basically it lol.

Livions new form could be called the spirt of the legandary Super Saiyan with a lot of green moves
Livion decided to not being a sayian anymore, so he decides to be a great hero. Build: Justice Blade (Dyspo), Hero Counter (Gamma 2), The grab attack of Gamma 2, Hero Attack (Gamma 1), Justice Combinantion (Videl), Core Breaker (Gamma 2), and Super sonic evasive.

Maby Demon Saiyan build. It could take only 10 TP Medals to change hair color to dark Red, add Kaioken and rest of the build is up to Burcol to decide. Maby some Demon tyle atacks from Towa, Mira and Fu attacks. Personaly I think it could be interesting to see

I can't understand these modder people. They turn on speedhacks, stats hacks, damage hacks and such but they don't do the most gratifying thing mod allows you to do (that is using mods like More Transformations, mods where you have modded super/ultimate skills like throwing Three Supernovas at the same time towards someone). Is there some restriction that blocks you if you have modded skills? Because if not, that's so confusing.
Console modders have a limit to what they can have, only the stuff that's in the base game. The cool things like transformations and skills not in the base game can't be used because they are not in the base game.
