Differentiating between application and system software then focussing on the purpose of the operating system including process, memory, peripheral, interface, file and user management.

I did the sample question paper (paper 2) it had so many algorithms and i always get full marks on those so i need a lot of those on thursday in my exam, find em so easy

There easy but you have to know how to answer them. I find using a flowchart is easier for me. What about you?

Biscuit I do it in pseudocode but I basically do python but without proper functions, and I find it so easy (and fun lol) I get almost full marks all the time

Well, that's like what came first, the chicken or the egg? The OS is just a bunch of instructions that the CPU executes, so really it's the CPU doing the allocating, but only because the OS is telling it to
