Respect for making a beer with ingredients you don’t like, that’s a good challenge

Cracking video guys, I've just pitched the yeast into my Höegaarden clone but I've used Mandarina Bavaria hops as I didn't have any orange peel to use - wish me luck

Super honest review, colour of beer is awesome, looks very well made.

I used Kveik once, and only once haha. Gave the beer a sharp, acidic, almost acetic aroma/flavor. Cheers guys

I perceive it as very tart, almost like a sour. I don’t care for it.

Mike is going to be soooooooo disappointed in me ... Sabro is my favourite hop. I do the Sierra Nevada clone and dry hop with Sabro ... absolutely delicious.

I'm also on the dislike Sabra side, I do like coconut but not in a IPA/hoppy beer. Kveik is a bit hit or miss, some of my beers turned out great, but the ´funky' kveik things is not great for every beer type.

I like Sorachi Ace more than Sabro.
