Sweet, you gonna love ! Don't let size put you off the build, they go together easy enuff .Built mine from all new parts off ebay and some from hobby stores at a cost of £550 ($850 ?). These BAJA SS cost almost $1550 here in the U.K .Most parts came from the U.S. as they are cheaper over there even with the shipping costs. Put alloy arms all round (not gonna thrash it like my savage! ) and also boost bottles.Don't recommend ! no noticeable improvement & erratic throttle response.Look good tho !

this is really freaky. i got an e firestorm flux and i realised you had a video for that and now im thinking about getting a baja and guess what!!! you got one two!!! freaky. lol
@diggerfreaky I would, but I am not much of an onroad guy. There is no place to run them here. I would like to have one to just make cool and sit on the shelf though.
you got the best there mate, got my kit a year ago and its the best. it should only take you about 22 hours to build it....lol. oh and get your self a kill switch and some hostile mx's tyres...
@PAUL32pkb I worked on it for about 4 hours tonight and got the front end almost done...lol. I am having a blast building it. Proline makes some tires I am going to get for it.
@Leprechaun79 ok cool they will make your pull start last forever same with your air filter and for the air filter cover if your getting one try and get the one that has the drawstring there way easier to get on and off.
just do an update like every 3 days becuase these things are so easy to bulid and the manuals are great. btw nice baja. that will be your very car you own. you will never look back at the little cars.

@kirksajerk I can't do every three day. I would like too, but I am in college and it takes up so much of my time. Plus I workout during the week, so my only real time I will be able to build is on the weekends...hopefully.

Sorry to hear u sold your baja, but sometimes we need the money. Had to sell my motorcycle which loved riding. I see your thinking of getting another 1/5 scale. Which will it be another 5b or perhaps a losi 5ive t. I here the losi's an awesome rc. More money then a 5b but real good thought out and quality truck. I luv the full roll cage and body piece idea and they're real nice too work on compared to the baja from what I've heard. I still have my bajas which I've upgraded and like working on
well i personaly owned one of the off brands and to be honest it was just as good .and was alot cheaper cost. i tend to get alot of name brands and have recently decided to try out some off brands and some are just as good or very close to as good .,now alot of the issues with the off brands is parts avaiablility . now my baja was a king motor and i had a bunch of hpi parts and when or if a part broke traded it with a hpi part and never hand any more issues .just my expierance.

throttle servo, receiver,paint for the body, and a radio.

you should get the rc18t2 rc18b2 kit but DONT get brushless it shreds the bel. its a fun car and is super/wicked fast for a 1/18 scale.

you should get ddm outerwears for the 5b air filter and pullstart
