The main problem is not government but us. we only criticise and blame govt and many become as experts too during Olympic and commonwealth. Rest of the year we enjoy cricket and don’t even remember the national athletes names. I certainly appreciate govt for starting Khelo India Initiative and increasing the stipend of elite players to 50,000 / month from 2017. Still a lot of work and private sponsors is needed to increase medal tally.
