DC the greatest out half of all time , Kicking from hand and ground sublime , set up 3 tries at least with his feet and movement, Happy retirement DC , You Sir were sublime and a pleasure to watch
Grant fox had a great kick on him, and good vision, but he had Michael Jones protecting him and Bunce and Little to do all his work. Carter is/was another level, Grant fox great All Black, Dan Carter Legend.
It's funny how Andrew Hore was legit with his attempt to steal that ball and should've got it in his favour.. instead he he gave 3 points away and got a good punch in the ribs
Weepu had a rough game. Not quick enough to some breakdowns and not decisive enough at others. The ABs went up another gear when Smith came on the scene.
@@keithmoon8838 Is it indeed? I recall seeing a Scotland test at Eden Park in the 90's (In the pissing rain) and I do, vaguely, recall the Jocks wearing the their customary blue and the AB's wearing white. I didn't know it was a "thing".
@@marcusjohns5166 Yes. It's the same when Scotland play France, home side wears change strip. There have been a couple of debates about who wears what colour in recent years - usually at World Cups - but tradition usually wins out.
When was the last time Scotland ever beat us? No one in my family knows but 2019 Scotland has a good player name Maitland who, use to play in New Zealand, tough team much respect... 🇳🇿💯😎
It would be nice if Scottish Rugby put together a competitive squad and perhaps even dominate Northern hemisphere rugby for a year or two. I think they need to focus on developing and managing the local talent as best possible and perhaps bolster the squad with talent from abroad. NZ and Australia would have plenty of talented players that would qualify to represent Scotland. There are so many “fringe international players” that, with the right incentive would relish the chance to have a career as a first choice Scottish international as opposed to being wasted in reserves. Still 2 years until the next World Cup,Warren Gatland is available and would help lure players all over. I can see it now, Scotland v England QF 2022 World Cup.After over an hour of seesawing ferocious battle the Scottish forward pack begins to dominate.First humiliating the English scoring with a 20 metre rolling maul from a line out, then at the 79th minute the Scots win a tight head in their own half.In a team effort over a dozen phases eventually batter there way forward and release the backs to score and secure a famous win,one to be celebrated for the ages to come.🏴
I think the Scottish game is football, not rugby. Most schools in Scotland play football. Rugby tends to be confined the the middle class and played by middle class schools. Football is more a working class game. Scotland is primarily a working class nation. So socially it is difficult to change that structure. New Zealand on the other hand, with a similar population, is a rugby nation. Rugby is by far the dominant game. Have you ever heard of a New Zealand football team? In Australia rugby is the fifth most popular game! The more dominant the game the more funding it receives, the more support and the more players are available for selection. When you apply that thinking to each country you discover why they perform the way they do on the International scene.
David Robertson New Zealand’s football team, the”All Whites” have qualified for 2 of the last 3 world cups.Even went undefeated in their last appearances with 3 draws in the pool games, unfortunately not enough to progress.
@@billymack333 Thanks, I didn't know that. So NZ must be a sporting nation. All that fresh air and healthy eating I suppose. Small population and at least as big as the UK.

....ALMOST UNFAIR how good the ABs are!! Dan Carter....legend. Amazing footballer/rugby player.
Scotland played very well , respect from a Kiwi .
jeez i miss Carters kick, so solid, it was a sure thing 95% of the time.
Dan Carter is the G.O.A.T. first five.
But he gave the ball to the scots for their first try
Dan Carter kicking reminds me of Grant Fox when he used to kick ,not sure if anyone remembers how good Grant Fox was for the all blacks

DC is the GOAT, what a performance 🇳🇿 😃
It has been said that Dan Carter was having a bad day when he could remember the last time he missed a kick at goal...
This was a great match to be at. And a cracking performance from Scotland (and NZ).
(only 51 points)
Agree. I was there too 😊
Carter is so good like the comment if u agree
Crikey. With Barrett around I'd forgotten how good carter was
Would take Carter any day.
@@Camcolito No contest, I agree.
6:10 gorgeous classic use the width of the pitch try.
Its like watching a skipping stone haha
Hot potato lol
This is y the abs will never be the same! Carter McCaw and so on! Barrett and moanga are class but not in the same league!
Scotland, we have to play against this 3 times every year! 🇦🇺
7:43 Andrew Hore looks like he'd be at home with rugby players from the 60s
He sure does, they don’t look like that anymore.🏉
tht ben smith m8 easily one of the best abs we ever had
0:17 look at the canon guys face he smiled
No disrespect. The crowd would not forget the All Blacks performance.

yeah.. its down to what the Ref sees, what he doesnt see, and how he interprets it..
geez skill phenomenon

for sure you could see it immediately. from almost the first phase lol.
How do they perform in all cases against countries that have so many players.
MrAMYJACK cause New Zealand take rugby seriously then any other sport
Why are Scotland wearing changed strip for a home international?
For the same reason the AB's wear a change strip when Scotland tour NZ. It's always been that way.

Scotland have never beaten New Zealand mate
Maitland is the shittest player for Scotland
(From a Springbok fan)Why of all people would they put Ben Smith on Midfield(Outside centre)!? That's just wrong and STUPID!

Don't act like NZ crowds never boo. In general real Scottish rugby fans are great value.
Poor Scottish defence. All sizzle. No steak.

I mean he was
Cant see today all blacks doing this to scotland 2021
NZ good but Scots fielded second team better full strength boys made NZ look good poor tackling big issue
if they had there full strength team they would of smash the All Blacks
