It’s essentially a continuation of W’s series though it looks like it’ll be with the newer stuff covered in the manga the anime is based on. Though the voice cast for this isn’t their original actors, though the voices behind Shotaro and Philip here, from what I can tell, are their VAs from the Memory of Heroez game that came out a few years back.
Well it is a sequel to Kamen Rider W, one the shows you have reacted before. I didn't read the manga because i dont want to spoil the show for me, but it has some great reviews. Btw it does not try to be a detective show, its a super hero show. I cant describe it because Kamen Rider is its own shonen genre. Just think Deku is a detective lol. I mean most shonens like Demon Slayer, BMA are kinda similar to kamen rider shows. Kamen Rider Revice especially. Btw you could react to a new Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider Vael, his voice actor is dope (he is in a lot of animes). But i think for the real experience react to the 25th episode of Kamen Rider Revice. I really really recomend you watch the Toku series first, you kinda got spoiled already but is just a nice 2 episodes per arc series with a teary ending
