Now on a different note, there is a popular strategy on getting roland about 12 strength a turn if you have 1 other assistant with roland in fights, all you have to do is give the assistant one of the Hana pages that transfer strength from pages to other people, then give THEM lies and curiosity, then bam, every turn roland will have 9 strength once you hit emotion 3. It's insane, i challenged Horizontal slash with his bloody 0 cost.
Lies on BS is kinda bad. Cuz roland have a lot 1-2 costs, i believe his only 3 costs or higher are durandal, wheels and his ego? Yeah, that kinda fucks your light regen and card draw

12 fixers is a reference to 12 Paladins of Charlemagne (Charles the Great, hence Charles' Office), I am guessing Roland doesn't get it cause after going on a rampage he wasn't really part of Charles' Office anymore, or at least didn't think of himself as still being part of the Office. Honestly quite a lot of Roland and Friends is based on medieval poems called "Song of Roland" and "Rolands Rampage" (last one originally called "Orlando Furiosa"), like names of characters (Roland/Olivier/Astolfo/Angelica/Argalia), name of Roland's sword, Durandal, etc.
The black silence was his wife, Roland was on the verge of receiving his own color before the pianist, but ya know. If you look at the cutscenes with her, you'll notice those were her gloves. He just adopted them as her only keepsake after the pianist
