Gotta do what’s best for you man, hopefully ATS is a good fit, been looking for you out here but haven’t ran into you yet. Safe travels and keep the content coming.
Funny story I went from running refrigerated (Henderson Trucking) to ATS because I was tired of running my ass off for Babbie doll toothbrushes from Colgate to Albertsons in CA.
That’s a good move bro. I heard they are good company. Whenever I run into Ats drivers they always talk more positive than negative. Good luck on your new journey bro and be safe out there.
I just left my current company doing dry van, had a buddy at ew Wylie and decided to make the jump there doing flatbed/OD loads there so i could get some experience doing something new
Wanted to run into you at P&S too. I got a new dm at a new terminal and he is great.I was just thinking today how I might leave if he isn't my dm anymore. Good luck at ATS, they will definitely challenge you and keep the videos coming.
i been considering leaving P&S and coming to ATS myself for alot of the same reasons, especially the wait time on loads if i even get one that day.. i was actually pose to have orientation that 2nd week of sept but didn't pull the trigger..... and so you're doing the company side at ATS correct??
P&S is all about where you train , which terminal your dispatched out of and who your DM is. Also what kinda reputation you build for yourself. Stoppijg in every now and then to the terminal and getting some laughs out of your DMs and associates. I got lucky and have done really well there. If you get stuck east of the Mississippi you're definitely going to be running pre loaded sheetrock. How is it over at ATs. Their camera system is even more invasive than P&S plus they have these 3 second following distance warnings and safety loves calling drivers. If a car hops in front of me or I'm stuck in traffic, a 3 second following distance is going to be a problem keeping at all times. I do like that ATS hauls coolshut. They pay better than entry level flatbed companies. How are you liking it over there?
I'm glad u left mate they're trying to corner the flatbed market bringing the prices down they just bought els I will quit all together before I work with them or they sistering companies
@devoywilliams3956 fortunately not. They are only outward facing. But, it will look for reflections in the windshield and tag you for your phone screen being on and stuff like that. Doesn't matter if it's being held, if it's on they will tag you.
@devoywilliams3956 same here. Had to relocate it to a place that doesn't reflect on the window. I've got one foot out the door. The second l have another job secured without this BS, I'm out the door.
the rates are trash right now man, u prolly did tha right thing. its going to be a very long time before any LP program could possibly work
Mine is working still

See! So you know how I feel about the dm thing. Pissed me off. Lol. Thank you and drive safe driver.
I came back to P&S told them I wanted my old DM back an if I couldn’t have him I was going elsewhere still thinking about ATS MYSELF THO
@delgadotrucking having a good dm is the most important part right next to a good paycheck. Goes hand in hand really, and thanks
@@alvinwalston8654 did you get him?
Congratulations bro on your new journey great content and continue to learn and grow.
Thank you! That’s the plan.

No. I’m leasing here as well
@@delgadotrucking oo ok well be safe out there, will definitely be looking forward to videos on the lease side of ATS. only see company guys videos.
No rush brother man. But one day can you walk us through the process on how to follow a permit route? What happens if you miss a turn?
Sure
Sheetrock usualy pays good, but good vid got rite to point
ATS is a good place if you don’t mind staying out 2+ weeks at a time. But for some people it works out great.
I usually stay out 4 to 6 weeks

@@delgadotruckingYou’re going back to P&S Transportation?
@@ViktorVaughn86 no
ATS is best flatbed out there 💯
Are you doing a lease or company?
Company
So far, I can't stand working for ATS.
The pay has been crap and the camera system is absolutely horrendous.
do they call you for any little thing like eating while driving.
@devoywilliams3956 fortunately not. They are only outward facing. But, it will look for reflections in the windshield and tag you for your phone screen being on and stuff like that.

Ats is the tip top OD company
Lone wolf trucker left ATS because of there camera system
I’ve never had an issue with any companies camera system and I don’t have an issue here either
As long as you’re doing what your suppose to do ..cameras never been an issue for me
Sadly ATS don’t take Floridians
I know. I tried joining when I lived in Florida
@@delgadotruckingI think they do only if your only a contractor …but I wouldn’t try it unless I seen someone else review lol
@@nicklaaflare1907 lol. What’s wrong with my reviews?

Yeah the do. They have a terminal in Jacksonville Florida. I was in their orientation in 22. So maybe things changed
