Funny story I went from running refrigerated (Henderson Trucking) to ATS because I was tired of running my ass off for Babbie doll toothbrushes from Colgate to Albertsons in CA.

P&S is all about where you train , which terminal your dispatched out of and who your DM is. Also what kinda reputation you build for yourself. Stoppijg in every now and then to the terminal and getting some laughs out of your DMs and associates. I got lucky and have done really well there. If you get stuck east of the Mississippi you're definitely going to be running pre loaded sheetrock.
How is it over at ATs. Their camera system is even more invasive than P&S plus they have these 3 second following distance warnings and safety loves calling drivers. If a car hops in front of me or I'm stuck in traffic, a 3 second following distance is going to be a problem keeping at all times.
I do like that ATS hauls coolshut. They pay better than entry level flatbed companies.
How are you liking it over there?
