I love the questions you ask during meditations. On this one my insight was that those who want, crave & deeply enjoy power over others, are in fact completely powerless over themselves. And that "personal power" is being able to protect oneself against those who wish to misuse you and make you powerless. Personal power is being able to set your own boundaries and always feel safe that you can 🖤

Excellent meditation! I discovered your site during the Blue moon and have now experienced 3 of your meditations. Keep up the good work. Please create some longer, 1 hour length or more for going to sleep or helping go back to sleep if one wakes in the middle of the night. I also suggest creating a few more shorter meditations as well. Loved the 11.11 minute I listened to early this morning before getting up to go to work. I danced into the light! XO

Hi This was my first time, never felt like this in my life it was an amazing experience I don’t if this happens but I couldn’t catch the sun and at about 16:38 I started feeling like am afraid and my right hand started warming up and I just stopped Does this happen ?and if it does what does it mean ?
