Utilities seem really low. Water heat and gas in alberta would run you like $300 a month for a similar size place

Hi there, glad you are enjoying our content. All Canadian Visa application is done online, you only submit your passport after everything is approved and you can also find the procedure for that on the IRCC website. All the best to you and your family ❤️

Wow that’s nice Ottawa helps with child care expenses, I’m single working mother and the US government denies me to help with child care cuz I make “too much” in their eyes 😪.
Sorry to hear that! The new Childcare program that provides subsidized childcare to all families just kicked off in Canada this year though.
We also hear good stuff about the US like cheaper housing.

We are looking for a place to rent in Barrhaven currently in Montreal.Looking for a 2 bedroom. Is it possible to find a place for about $1800 there?
Currently in Barrhaven, a 2 bedroom starts from 2000-2300 minimum.

What you need for both is a Presto Card which you can get from any Shoppers Drug Mart Store. Use google maps to know your routes and busstop other two
What year were you buying groceries. 4 people ($600)..no way.

And his studies my not let him enough time to work, to pay his school fees and other house hold expenses. Apologies for the late reply. Having 2 kids that are not of school age can make things a bit tough, but in order to support the whole family, at least 1 person would have to be able to work full time.
You may also need to factor in the need and cost of child care, which can be significant.
