Kinda weird but I just bought a venom x20. I took out the air box. And the pz20 carb. BUT I don’t have that little emissions bracket connected to the carb, or that EGR connection. I do have the canister. Ive looked all over the motor and I can’t find that emission/egr piece. Bought it a month ago. The title says it’s a 2023.

Now your ready for 17 front sprocket 110 link chain make sure the chain size matches the sprocket size wow wow smooth ride no high rev just the front and a nibbi 26mm carb😂😂
Try tuning when engine is warm pull over on the side get that screw driver out get on your back take your time and adjust put some paint on one side of that screw driver so you can see which way you turn to smooth out that carb😅
I run either a pz26 plastic choke if I’m going to do other mods or a pz22 plastic choke no cable chokes either carb is on Amazon for 20-30 bucks plus the manifold is 8-10 bucks
My bike stalls when i put it into gear. This problem just started today not really sure whats the cause but i have a icebear fuerza. Will the emission delete work with the stock carb?
@@motoprosvtp thats what i was thinking. It idles fine in neutral but at first it’d stall instantly and jerk when put into 1st. I looked up some stuff then went and tried again and it would stall after i’ve came to a stop and stayed in 1st with the clutch pulled in. It’d just bog down after a few seconds
Depends what state you live in and they come with a certificate of origin and u take that to ur registration office and do whatever they need or require or just buy it somewhere local we’re u can have them reg it
I stay in Santa Cruz just got my bike I guess just take it into the DMV is that what you're referring to as a registration office? My bad just trying to get my ducks in a row
question bro with the 22 carb, what main jet and pilot are you going to run ? I'm at low elevation and hot weather. Also, are you going to upgrade the chain and sprocket, if so, do you know the chain size ? Thanks for any info ! Mine is shipping out soon !
If your going to modify yes definitely worth it if your going to leave it stock then just the Grom because once u modified a clone for the price it’s still cheaper then a Grom and faster I have videos of both and the clones need a few small things then they are solid i abuse mine and no issues

Ive read and read and have watched every video on both pretty much! I know the bolts need loctite and motor mount bolts are weak and a new carb is needed! Just dont want a pos if you know whst i mean! Thanks agai.
Yes some are pos I’d get a boom Vader not the other ones the raptors suck More issues vibrate more if u watch my videos I take mine everywhere and against groms too

Clones don’t have a ecu becuase they are not fuel injected
Can you do this without changing the carb? I want to change the carb out eventually but can I do the evap delete while keeping the stock carb

Ok so I have been trying to find the EGR block off I can’t find the right size anywhere I looked on eBay and on Amazon they are all way to big
Get a pair of dikes or pliers and just pinch the tube
Or cut and weld

Yes it does still work but your bike if it’s stalling when u put in gear it needs a clutch adjustment

I would adjust the clutch then swap that carb out

What size is the stock carburetor on this specific bike I plan on doing an aftermarket exhaust and carb. What size is the jets on this carb?
The stock carb is a pz20 size 20mm intake the one I use is a pz26 carb
No ECU on Grom clones they are not fuel-injected
Exacty they are carb motor never said it was fuel injected I have tons of these bikes

I use a gold series 428 chain 110 link with a 17 or 16 front sprocket
Also I run a pz26 carb plastic choke they sell them on Amazon for 20-30 bucks u will need a manifold as well it’s like 8-10 bucks

With the carb I run I don’t have to jet it it runs perfect fine at sea level

Take the blk bottle looking thing and take the big end off you will see its a filter and u got a filter to put the motor brether tube
