I used the picture ledge in our small kitchen to store & at the same time display our fruit. I used 3 of the transparent ones and I love it - looks like an artwork and I do not have a big fruit bowl sitting on my countertop anymore.
I use the Ikea bag holder under my sink - installed it high up on the right side wall and I put my recycling bags and garbage bag rolls in there and it's easy to grab one at a time!
I love your hack for the plastic bag. Organizer for the socks is supremely, space-saving and economical. If only Ikea sold levels, I could make make my mounted towel racks, shelves and things more horizontal...
I use the wooden dish rack for holding my cutting boards, sheet trays, splatter guards, etc upright in my kitchen cabinets. It lets me keep items generally separate but accessible and less likely to fall over like a pile of dominoes. In a previous house, I used the picture ledge as a spice rack
6:34 The plate holder is also good for drying kids mittens! Just slip them over the pegs and place near a register. A friend of mine did this for her grandkids.
I try to avoid bringing anything into my home that only serves one purpose, it becomes clutter if you no longer need it for that. You've taken things that essentially are for one purpose, and re-purposed them! I especially love the bamboo lid idea, and by having it you have endless options of what to put it on. Putting a vase of dried flowers next to it takes it from just looking like storage, to proper decor.

Love ur videos! ❤
hank you for this video. Not only am I tidying up my house, but I'm also improving my English. Your accent is really perfect for a French person.
Nice! I love it all. I wish I had an IKEA in my town.
All great tips! I wish there was an IKEA closer to my area, it's 50 miles round trip to the closest one.
Closest IKEA for me is 183 miles! I was shocked at the price increases since 5 years ago and have resorted to needed items shipped.
@@maryellenyork2819 - I haven't tried ordering anything on line, not sure how returns would be if needed. Do you have any experience with returns? TY
I use the wooden dish drying racks for art stencil storage as well as a place for artwork to dry.
I love that!
I love IKEA as well. Thank you so much and have a blessed Christmas you and your family. Amen

What are those jars at 7:25? Are they regular store bought spice jars or did you buy them specifically somewhere?
I am using the HULTARP rail and hooks in gold to hang our Christmas stockings.
That sounds really cute!
Great hacks! Thank you 🙏
You're welcome! I'm so glad you liked them!
If you put two spiceracks together, you can fit the rails underneath it. It is perfect!
Yes, I have those pieces to do exactly that! 🙌
This is genuis! I want to try that!
I have used the Bekvam spice racks in hamster cages to make platforms for their wheels 🐹
So smart!
Great hacks, thank you! I use the OSTBIT Plate Holders to store halloween paintings that are done on canvas panels.

I agree! It's important to think about how things can be multi-functional.

Thank you! 😊
@@thediymommy your welcome
Great video
I keep my dryer balls in the dryer.
I don't believe you're supposed to cover a wall thermostat because it messes with the temperature of your home.
Right! However in this case the art is only leaning over the thermostat so there's still airflow.
@thediymommy thank you now. I know it's possible for me to do as well. Thanks for the reply.

that metal dish soap holder will rust and stain your sink…
So far no issues!
