Me soil+ coco peat+ perlite use karu to enough hoga ya river sand, bricks cubes hi chahiye honge ?
Chalega but thoda nutrition ke liye koi compost chahiye.

Yes you can use any manure.

Will ( perlite +gravels +peatmos) combination work?
Perlite + gravels will work avoid moss
If possible add some compost for nutrition with perlite and gravel. May be vermicompost or cow dung manure. Or u you have to feed any fertilizer regularly.

Perlite will retain moisture. In long run moss will lock drainage. Also depends on your weather conditions. Also control watering. Secondly you will need nutrition for your plant.

Leaf mould compost means sukhe patto ki khad. Sukhe patte jab ekdam gal jate he tab uski khad tayar hoti he
sir mere pass cow dung compost Nahi hair. mai kya used kar sakta hoo
Koi bhi khad use kar sakte he
Bonsai ki pruning or repotting ek sath kar sakte hain ya nahi please tell me
Ha kar sakte he. But few things you have to take care of:
Tree should be healthy
Don't prune more than 1/3
Don't repot in dormancy
Repot in spring or monsoon
Also depends upon species and ur location
Sir i dont have leaf compost so what can use instead of it..... plz tell sir plz plz
As said, I had given options in video. Main ingredients are 1) sand or garden soil 2) Bricks Pieces or Gravels or grit 3) Any compost cowdung manure or Vermicompost or any compost. Use these three in equal part. Mix it and use it. It will do wonders. Other options are extra if you have use it otherwise it's ok

Aap sand ki jagah pe garden soil le sakte he. Air coco peat bhi use kar sakte he.

Thanks for your comment. Yeh sab mix karne ke baad apki soil tayar ho gaye. Pot fill karne ke liye bricks ke mote tukde dale bottom me aur fir soil se bhar de.
