Agreed. I hate this new trend of everything getting 20 sauces and cheeses. Either it means the food is garbage or the worse, the food is quality and idiots are covering up the flavor of it.
Same goes for people who add seasonings for the sake of adding seasonings, covering up the entire taste of the core ingredients. Sometimes it is good but you have an extremely immature palette to not just enjoy the organic flavours of some good quality ingredients.
This market has consistently gone downhill since 1989! It USED to be fantastic- now, like Camden, it’s a tourist trap! Londoners know where NOT to go!
