This the Rarest Thunderbird ever produced as 1 of just 37 1963 Ford Thunderbird M-Code Sports Roadster.
The Sports Roadster package was a special option first introduced in 1962 as a way to increase declining sales and appease those who wanted a sporty two seater that wasnt a corvette. The option added a fiberglass tonneau cover with headrests over the back seat and removed the fender skirts to fit Kelsey Hayes Wire wheels
This particular car has also been equipped with the M-Code High Compression 390ci V8 with three two-barrel holley carburetors rated at 340 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque and paire with a 3-speed cruise-o-matic automatic transmission sendingpower to thew rear wheels.
Coming in around 4300 lbs, this thunderbird achieved 0-60 in 8.5 seconds with a top speed of 125 miles per hour.
THis car was also equipped with engine dress up package, air conditioning, power windows, power seats, power door locks and more
