      🦋STEP 1 --->BE CLEAR IN YOUR VISION
      ( What you want ,with clarity seeing - visualisation
      Know what you want with clarity - clearly visualise qnd understanding.
      (What we continuously imagination according to that it changes its behaviour ,and surrounding situations it changes the view of our perspective according to our thoughts we see in that angle )
      from this our brain what we continuosly thinking - outside whatever happens - what we think it make us to think outside as opportunity
      Like that brain has it capacity.
      So only our brain will ignore unwanted distractions.
      So by avoiding distraction - where we want to go it will make us go still more quickly.
      so only what we insert or think on our mind,that thing our brain will try to find out or trying to find opportunity .
      So not only this,what we not think that also it will ignore it.
      1)How to visualise
      ( ""What we are visualising that thing deeply we want to detailed visualisation by collecting information by thinking - how much details you can add that much detail visualise.""
      2. "In visualisation not only seeing - feeling if it was there( Emotions / feeling Attach ""
      not only imagine the visualisation - feel as though it happened means feel it - feeling notice as though it happens.
      3) To achive that thing ( our goal - what type of human i want to be thinking that- for that what and all i want to do think like that and do actions according to that)
      visualisation change to a other person - that person what and all needed he will take that thing .
      ""It brings that behaviour - attitude -to make it done that motivation inspiration it gives)
      Visualization technic : VISION BOARD
      ( In that board you can draw / write/ newspaper cuttings etc fill it what type of person you want to become write that thing)
      🦋Step 2---> REMOVE FEAR AND DOUBT
      Fear and doubting( self doubt) won't make us think where i want to reach destination sometimes as sub consicous it will make us quite it.
      To overcome this fear self doubt/ doubt :
      bring awareness that what are the things i get fear .
      ( By using visualusation vision board
      While visualisation what are the things i am Trying to reduce that things and all we can find out easily that are our self doubt/ fear
      After finding what are the things we are reducing:
      1) Don't have negative thoughts ( whenever we have that fear mixed thoughts or doubts mixed thoughts that time and all try to distract from that .
      2) Don't talk that negative or doubting words
      3) Change your perspective
      ( Try to change negative perspective to positive perspective)
      4) visualise what and all to can't do fear / doubts that things VISUALISE I CAN ABLE TO DO THIS
      🦋STEP 3---->Self love :SELF LOVE
      ( How manifestation works:
      In am changing to that person what i am thinking ( that my goal oriented person + that person build what are the things to be that person we develop that quality + that goal he become)
      That improved self person: loving that person
      Self love - loving that impoved version person.
      Self love = self care + self respect+ self discipline.
      🦋STEP 4 -----> ALIGN YOUR BEHAVIOUR:
      ( What you want align your behaviour according to that )
      Behaviour Align : what type of actions i will do : Through our actions asking to universe what i want.

      what we desire with that small we get ,in that this is enough if we stop means we fail in that test.
      so I don't want anything, what i desire i want ,
      continuously behaviour actions doing - that test pass way .
      why we stop when we desire big and stop in between progress when we get little.
      2 types of mindset::
      scarcity mindset
      abundance mindset

    Adding "Thank you for video about Visualization and Manifestation-Karka Kasadara" in my Gratitude Journal. Because as someone in the comment said, its all over the internet but glad to know something directly from a book, especially from you. Thank you very much. You have been a constant support for my self growth and development journey.
    One suggestion, i listen to podcasts in spotify but there's noone like you there, you can convert your videos into audio and start sending in Spotify as well. Its my kind and geniune suggestion, because video is long(i love it because its very detail oriented) but for some, it may consume alot of battery, but if its in spotify, they can listen on the go.
