In the end of the manga, lance became a visionary, his talent is equal to that of raine ames, and he even unlocked his 3rd line, and his thirds spell is outright summoning black holes, used as both portals to each other, and to make shit vanish. Yeah he cheated but lance is just that gifted
Also dot's ingris cross is just slightly weaker than visionaries. He has a thrids spell, but not a god summon. But why have a summon and a nice longer stick for a wand, when you can tyrn your arms into 2 giant guns in a shape of a latin cross.
