What is your guy's favorite? Mine would have to be tied between the red and the white one. Crazy built trucks are cool and all, but I prefer something that's a little simpler and you could still daily drive and work.
My first truck was a 95 OBS 7.3 Powerstroke F250, loved the truck after a year of maintenance as required I started having injector issues, & since it’s an auto by the time the motor was running good the tranny would blow, plus it had bad suspension, & other crap. Sold it & got a 93 idi f250 same truck different engine... 7.3 idi ZF5 both were 2wd. Moved the mods/good parts... seats, bumpers, headache rack, left the straight pipe, interior stuff, that was better in it than the 93. Since then I’ve rebuilt the fuel system, clutch kit/flywheel, starter, batteries, tool box & aux tank, engine mods/fuel system, the truck it’s the turned up & don’t plan too. It’s too nice to do any major mods. I plan to get another idi later on to put a flat bed on, have maybe a turbo, & straight pipe/stack like what ole slave lake has got. Injectors are stock, but I’m buying a set to have on the shelf. I run her on a oil gas mix, I get a tad of black smoke without melting pistons & get better mpg. It’s still pretty slow just more power w oil fuel. I still have to get gas to dilute tho. This only applies to idi’s or diesels pre-1994
The single cab OBS with my favorite with the cherry red color. I think fender flares don’t look bad or a truck but you have to color match them or they stick out like a sore thumb sometimes
can you guys recommend something for my soon to be truck, its a 1988 ford f250 standard cab with a 5.8L V8 and i wanna make it my daily but make it so that i can also go off-roading. Thank you in advance.
what lift kit will fit my obs 96 7.3 2x4. looking for 4-6in, im having some trouble finding anything and i dont want to axle swap the front quite yet will be running 35' tires with 22x14xs
